Our wedding planner recommended Cakes by Vivi to use and I’m so grateful she did! Viviana was amazing to work with and she was always prompt with her responses. Wedding planning can be a stressful time, but immediately from the tasting Vivi provided a sense of comfort and ease. She was very accommodating when we made slight variations to designs. Vivi worked within our budget and provided the most delicious wedding and groom cake. Our guests and family still talk to us about our cakes. She is one of the sweetest vendors and it was a pleasure working with her!

Our wedding cake by Viviana was not only absolutely amIng in flavor, very light, and unique! She did an amazing job decorating it exactly how I wanted. I can’t give enough praise about how amazing our experience was with Cakes by Vivi! We also, just got little one year anniversary cakes from her. She’s the best Austin!

Vivi was amazing! The cake testing was good and quick. Very accommodating. She came to deliver the cake seamlessly and easy on my wedding day, I didn’t have to stress at all with the cake delivery. Everyone loved the desserts!

From the first meeting to the delivery, I was impressed with Cakes By Vivi. I had a unique design I wanted for my wedding cake and she delivered. It was a show stopper and the taste matched the wow factor of the design. Sooooo yummy.

Asked Vivi to make a replica of a cake I saw online for my daughter's birthday -- she did a PERFECT job, and it wasn't an easy cake. And the carrot cake was absolutely amazing, we got many compliments! She will definitely be my go to.

Viviana was a literal angel to work with. When I tell you I had a million questions and went back and forth on things Viviana was nothing but patient and kind and answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner. Cakes by Vivi was recommended to me by my wedding planner and I took a pretty big leap of faith with ordering desserts for our wedding without tasting just based off previous reviews. Her prices were the BEST of anyone I looked at and the night of our wedding I was blown away with not only the presentation of our desserts but everything was DELICIOUS. I felt good that we went with a small local business and especially one that was kind and accommodating. We ended up with mini churro cups, little cake shooters and cake balls. They were all just perfect and I was happy they were affordable. My advice if you’re reading this is book Viviana and say no thank you to the other bakeries you’re considering. Thank you Viviana!

Vivi was truly amazing! We met with her about 6 months before the wedding to taste test and design our cake, as it was an absolute must for my husband to have a big statement cake that also tasted delicious. We ordered a 4-tier cake, swapping every other layer with red velvet and almond. My goodness- IT WAS PHENOMENAL! We also did a mix of the American and Swiss buttercream. Even with around 200 guests, we had a full tier to take home and save in our freezer for later- as is customary.

Additionally, Vivi was wonderful to work with! She was sincere and professional, and willing to create our vision. She even decorated the cake with flowers I provided when she delivered the cake, at no extra charge. She went above and beyond to make the order/delivery seamless, the cake super good, and a lasting memory of the “cutting the cake” experience. Highly recommend!

Viviana made the perfect and most delicious graduation cake for our son! As an out of state parent, I had a ton of things to coordinate to celebrate the college graduation of our son. Ordering the cake from multiple states away ended up being one of the easiest things on my party “to do” list! We selected a picture of a cake we liked from her photo gallery and then emailed the alterations we needed to personalize it. She nailed it! We received so many compliments from our guests. The cake was beautiful, delicious AND she even delivered the cake to the party location!

Communication and response times from my initial inquiry was very quick and working with Vivi was truly a pleasure as she accommodated all my requests. She made a Bluey themed outside for my sons 1st birthday with vanilla and peach compote cake inside. My entire family enjoyed it and would most definitely use her again and recommend her to my friends!

She crafted an absolutely beautiful wedding cake with immaculate flavors!! I highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from her in the future for any occasion! Did I mention the quality of the cake for the price?!?

For reference, we got a bare lemon cake, filled with a blueberry compote & a lemon buttercream frosting 🍋🫐 There was real lemon zest and blueberries throughout, with such a decadent consistency, flavor palate and balance of frosting/cake and sweetness. Talk about biting into the taste of all things Spring!

The decor ontop is not from Vivi (don't worry that was our own touch for our small intimate gathering)

I have purchased from Cakes by vivi not once but multiple times and I have yet to be disappointed! Her cakes are delicious and amazing decor! I have purchased for my kids parties and other events and everyone always enjoys the delicious cakes! I will definitely keep ordering from her for future events. She is a small business so she gets booked quite quickly. Book her for your next event you won't be disappointed! Great service!

Viviana made our cakes for our April wedding, and did an amazing job! She made us an almond buttercream and a Bavarian cream cake, and our friends and family are still commenting to us 2 weeks later that they were the best wedding cakes they'd ever had. Viviana was easy to work with and very friendly - I highly recommend her!

Vivi made our wedding cake for our wedding at Wild Onion Ranch on 3/26/2022 - the cake was vegan and a total hit! We actually ordered a small cake with the initial intention of just cutting it as a couple, but then cut it and served it as well to all guests. It was demolished and guests complimented it all night long! We ordered the chocolate cake and carrot cake. Not only was it so moist and tasty, but looked beautiful! She was also super easy to work with and communication was great.

Vivi made us a beautiful wedding cake and we have still been getting compliments on the cake a week later. All the flavors we chose were fantastic. Do a tasting here- you won't be disappointed! They delivered our cake as well and all went smoothly.

I loved my gender reveal cake by Vivian- such a beautiful execution!! It was so easy to communicate my idea and she offered a great price! I would highly recommend Cakes by Vivi for your cake needs!

Our guests raved about the forest themed cookies I bought for my friend's baby shower last September. They were made by Lilly, twin sister to Vivi. They are a fantastic baking team dedicated to creating great tasting desserts from scratch. You'd be surprised, but you can't assume that all bakers cook from scratch these days so I very much appreciate this.

I'm getting married next year and I know I want to book them for my cake! I look forward to getting their creative thoughts on design and flavors.

Also...twin cake bakers in Austin??? That's sounds like a sweet reality TV show waiting to happen (pun intended). Someone call the Food Network! haha
