First time using Amegy Bank and the experience was amazing! Chris Hall who is the Branch Manager was very friendly, quick to respond to emails and was always there to answer any questions we had. His customer service is top notch.

I went into the Amegy Bank on Hulen St. in Forth Worth today. Christopher Hall assisted me in opening a new account. He was quick, very efficient. He answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable. He is just awesome. The customer service at this particular branch is exceptional.

Zero on customer service. They don't want to explain whats going on with your account, then claim to not know why those things happen to your account. In the end, even though they dont know whats going on, it's your fault, even when it's not, and don't care to help with a solution. Basically, they don't want you there.
**I think we should follow through with their attitude on that.**

They were letting a customer out at 5:03 and I called and asked if I could be helped they said they will let people in till 505 and told me they were closed when I got here.

This bank is completely inapt they mess everything up have bad service. They can’t even come close to comparing to the Dallas branches and should probably just close to Fort Worth branch down.

Love it when a bank changes it's hrs but doesn't change it online. Ridiculous. That one hr isn't just an inconvenience its the difference between being able to get groceries today
