La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin South / I-35

I stayed here in between looking for a new apartment and I had a very good experience! My rooms(I had multiple) were always clean and if I needed something the staff took care of it quickly. I had my kids with me and they loved it! Their breakfast selection was nice and they made sure to make my stay as comfortable as possible, dont let the slightly rough outside fool you the inside is great and they are fixing it up outside! I would def recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or needing somewhere to stay. Its decently priced and worth the stay. 😁

I had a great stay. The staff go above a
nd beyond to accommodate. My room was clean, bedding and towels were clean, (they smelled nice too). No, it doesn't look like the picture but they are under renovation, so that's to be expected. The location is great, close to everything, even walking distance. So, for the price and what I got I was extremely satisfied. I will definitely be returning to that hotel. Oh yeah, my dog died during my stay, and the staff were very respectful and helpful during this time. They even came to check on me to see how I was doing. The acted like it was a death in my family, which it was, and that was truly priceless. Thank you to all staff at la quinta on I 35 S.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The room was clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. It's my understanding that this hotel has been undergoing a lot of changes so I wasn't sure what to expect. However it was a pleasant experience. Keep up the excellent service!

Great place to stay! The staff was friendly at check-in and the rooms were clean cool and quiet. The rooms are larger than most hotel rooms as well. I was very please with the overall experience. I almost deducted a star because they do not accept cash. I don't know their reasoning but it was inconvenient for me. But it's a great place.

All the staff, reception and service personnel were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well organized, for me anyway!
To top it off my truck broke down (a 2018 F-350 dually) and brought with me 3 of my dogs (policy is only 2 dogs). I was turned down by motel 6 (the place I usually stayed at). La Quinta invited us right in!!!! THANK YOU La Quinta you are now my first choice of place to stay! Motel 6 you have lost a once loyal customer!!!!!!

I Had the Best Clean room, hospitable, taking care of me, patient staff.. I Got a room as close to the office as was possible After asking for a safe feel room, One where I could walk solely in the Eve and Along with it, a beautifully cleaned spotless room during our stay with both beds made... Trusting my laptop left in the room while gone AnD maid working on there without me in. Breakfast was great, well set out, variety and well kept till the end. Even allowed that we get breakfast LATE when we slept in !&)

excellent location for a hotel. Especially if the wanting visit Downtown Austin. rooms are okay. TV channels are good if stay in all day. only downside is it lacks a refrigerator. the walls seem a little thin and can hear other guest if they being loud.

Our stay has been great. Felt safe and our room is very clean. Hotel staff is very pleasant and appear as if they really enjoy their jobs.

Room was clean through out entire stay. Service was great for the time spent. Pool was clean. Your average hotel essentially, nothing amazingly special. Good for it's price.

v clean, big room, smelling clean, no noise outside or from other rooms, feels safe, excellent daily clean & supply, best price. i ll always stay here when i come to austin. and yes this is not a false review.

refrgrtr, micrwv in room & coffee from environmentally good Co. is a plus!

Maybe not the best place in Austin, but stayed two nights and the rooms were clean and the staff was really good. It's also nice to find a hotel that I can still get a smoking room in. But they do have non-smoking rooms.

The service was great i like hot chocolate they don't normally carry it but,the front desk lady went out of her way 2 have some four me. Rooms were cleaned every day

The front desk personnel went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. The outside of the hotel looks old but my room was clean and spacious I was in town for work and they made my stay very pleasant thank u

Room was clean, staff was extra friendly. Breakfast could have been better but the hotel was awesome. Area is just a bit sketchy. Make sure you lock up.

Looks older on outside but inside is very nice...only thing i noticed was the room has an older smell maybe from carpets...but besides that i loved our room stayed 2 nights there

I took my kids swimming saw a bunch of beer cans , saw house keeper AMBER and she saw that is very full with beer cans she immediately came and took trash out and said I don’t want your 3 young children around that. Very caring of her

I stayed at this hotel before I've had no issues it's a place to sleep it's not a 5-star hotel they have a continental breakfast in the morning the staff was attentive alert and present both times I checked in were late at night and there was always someone out the front desk with the door open good job La Quinta

Had a short trip and REALLLLLLY Appreciate that when I left my sweater there, they mailed it back. Thank you Laura and the crew for returning my sweater!

My first time there. The rooms are very well kept and up to date. Housekeeping does a great job!!

The rooms were nice, the TV was great (so were the channel options) and the shower just right. All in all, a good visit
