New Balance Fort Worth

Bought a couple of pairs of nb for the first time to run some trails and pavement and so far so good but the end of summer months will tell it all . The 1080v12 so comfortable. Like clouds and marshmallows comfortable. Price is kinda heavy man but so worth it so far(2 months).

Quick and friendly help. This is one of the better stocked New Balance stores I have visited. They stocked all of my kids sizes including the teenager's [usually special ordered online] wide, in several different styles! I highly recommend this store.

Outstanding customer service. I recently transitioned from 8 months in a hard boot to a brace. Jennifer was so kind and courteous to help me find the perfect shoe and size that would accommodate the brace.

The staff acknowledged us immediately. The gentleman who served us was attentive, courteous, and asked questions until he understood our needs, because my son uses inserts. We bought two pairs of very well fitting shoes. Awesome efficient service !

The Clerk was very professional and fitted my shoes perfectly. My shoes fit so well.
One thing that surprised me is that the shoes I selected (with 880 on them) did not work as well with my spin exercise class. The soles extended more than I realized and kept hitting the bike. Still I wear them in another exercise class and when just out and about.

Attentive, helpful staff got me in very comfortable shoes without high- pressure sales and - after measurements and a tech- assisted sizing - in my own time. Thanks for my new 840s.

I went to the store to just "browse". Kyra was very patient and did not bother me at all until I had a question about a particular shoe. She is extremely knowledgeable and simply great at her job. She answered my question, but me being the inquisitive type, I started asking more questions which led me to want to try on a pair that I really liked the looks of. They didn't have the color/size I wanted, but she let me try the shoe in a different color. Very comfortable and supportive. Kyra was able to find the color and size in Dallas, so I ordered it and she had it shipped to my home free of charge. I would highly recommend Kyra and this store, especially if you want to know more about the different styles and what they were created for.

The associate that assisted me in find the right shoe(s)! was very knowledgeable and understand the issue with my slight disability. I've had the shoes now for about 4 weeks and have worn all 3 at one point or another and they're fantastic. Thank you so much for your assistance. Next time I need shoes, I guess I need to head up to Dallas. :)

I was in Rockwall TX a couple of weeks ago and bought a size 15 shoe. I wanted to wait a little while before I posted a review. The help I received was excellent!! The first pair of shoes felt good at 1st, but not later. I took them back and got a wider pair and I'm very happy!!! The shoes are so comfortable that it's almost unbelievable. Seriously! I can't remember his the gentleman's name but he's the same one that helped me the first time and he's very nice and professional. I live out of state but he said I could order online and they would ship it to me. I'm going to buy my girlfriend a pair once she picks them out. I will definitely buy my NB shoes at from this location for sure. Thanks and my name is Thomas Young.

I called to see if they had my special size. Gregg I believe was his name, said yes. I asked him to hold them for me I was on my way. I got to the store and he had them waiting for me and was ready for me to check out. It was awesome. This is my 4th purchase of the 990 family from NB. They are miracle shoes for running.

Great, friendly staff. The store did not have my size in shoe but the staff was quick to suggest they order them online while at the store and I received them 4 days later. Seamless. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Amazing customer service! I went to multiple places trying to find the best pair of shoes and this is where I bought because they truly helped me find the perfect pair. I'm super comfortable in the pair I bought and will be going back next time I need tennis shoes. Thank y'all so much!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We came into this store feeling tired, defeated, and sad. Our son is 7 years old and born with left clubfoot. He wears an AFO brace during the day. Finding shoes for him is a nightmare. Sometimes his hospital has orthotic shoes but not always and our son is getting to the age where he cares about the type of shoes he wears. The day before visiting this store, we spent all day at a local mall looking for shoes that would fit. We found nothing. Our son was in tears asking why he couldnt be like the other children and how he hated that he had to wear a brace. Our doctor had recommended New Balance to us. I googled the brick & mortar store instead of a fashion type store. We went first thing in the morning. We were greeted by a very sweet woman named Joan. This woman was an absolute ANGEL. I explained why we were there, about our sons condition, and our predicament. She explained she had been working in shoes for 14+ years and that she has seen it all. She then took some measurements of his feet and his AFO. She said she thought that extra wide would be best and went to see if they had any in stock. They had one last pair in his size. They fit. It was like Cinderella and her glass slipper. Before this, our son was complaining of leg pain, foot pain, etc. Since then, he has no complaints, has learned to tie his shoes and is loving life. He is about to start school and we are so excited for him. I hope Joan sees this, THANK YOU for saving this mothers sanity and heart. You are an amazing person and just who and what we needed that day. God bless you.

I was greeted right away. The clerk was focused to my needs and attentive to my wants. She also had an abundance of knowledge. I'd recommend this store to everyone.

I visited the Dallas store. The young lady who waited on me did an excellent job. There are a lot really good shoes out there. The main reason I buy NB is that they have shoes, but have the best and most learned sales force. John Sanger.

We are longtime New Balance customers and like the NB store. We want to know the products we choose are the best for us. We had a salesman who knew the product lines and the differences among the models. He was happy to take the time to offer expertise and and find us the best shoes for us. This is much better than a store that just carries different brands!
