Ignore the bad reviews, they're all from bitter people who tried to SELL clothes and had unrealistic expectations on what their clothes are worth to a secondhand store. Or got personally offended that their clothes weren't chosen. Lol who cares. If you want to actually BUY CLOTHES, it's a pretty good place to find good items!

Surprisingly good store, they sell a lot of good quality designer bags. I was able to buy MK at a very good price. Will definitely come back.

This great store with a lot great items, don’t listen to other people comparing just a bunch of needy people that expect everyone to kiss there feet. Be realistic these are just people and there trying there best. I recommend to anyone who wants to save money

Even though they couldn’t take my stuff, staff were at least friendly and kind, allowing me to donate the stuff they couldn’t take.

I’ve gone to this location several times to rid myself of clothing that I no longer needed post-moving and found the staff to be very quick and fair with their offers. This location is far better than the location in Alliance.

Great place to work and shop. Management is accommodating to scheduling requests, personal issues and disability’s, as well as offering a fun and encouraging place to learn and grow as an employee. Store is well-maintained and the prices are great compared to buying full price at retail. Manager Kyleigh does a great job keeping store and staff organized and efficient.

Got 2 pairs of shorts.. Brooks Brothers, and Old Navy. A Tommy Bahama polo, Chaps Ralph Lauren long sleeve shirt.. Bought my Wife a Coach purse, all of which are in brand new condition. All around $100. I have had cancer recently, chemo radiation. I lost a ton of weight. So instead of my normal 33 waist, I'm at 29. No point in spending a ton of money on clothes I'll wear for a short time. But this place is awesome! I'll continue to shop and save once I again reach my ideal size and weight. Great buys, great quality clothing.

I recently went to sell some of my clothing at this location. When I walked in, I could tell the process had changed somewhat. The employees were very helpful and friendly, getting me signed in and giving me a quote time. While I waited, I shopped around. I was asked at least once if I was doing all right, and had no problem finding an employee to let me into the fitting room. My wait time was less than expected, and when being checked out, the associate was very helpful in explaining why certain items of mine were not taken. All in all, a great experience. Thanks!

I’ve never sold anything to them and won’t be. But they have some great finds if you’re lucky! I got a Patagonia sweater for $35…….that’s like $70 savings right there!

I come in all the time to sell my clothes. It is such an easy buy process, the employees talk you through the process and make the experience enjoyable. Just because items are new with tags doesn’t mean that they’re going to take them. It’s a teen store and they buy accordingly. Definitely worth the drive!

Not sure what kind of service people expect from a thrift store, but nonetheless I’ve never had any issues selling my clothes here to make some extra cash for gas or food. Will continue to support this business!

My husband and I love shopping at plato’s closet of Fort Worth. The staff is amazing always greet you with a smile and always ready to help you. The store is always clean and we always find what we are looking for special name brands that are in style. Always recommend this to my family and friends.

I am an avid Platos closet shopper. However this location takes the cake everytime. Their customer service is excellent and the I was very impressed with the group of young ladies who helped me last Wednesday night. 2 young ladies one short girl wearing a flannel and another rather tall one wearing a flowery blouse  (didn't get their names 😕) helped me find some good stuff for myself. They went above and beyond expectations as I had them take down several items off of mannequins and off shelves just so i could get a closer look at things. They were pretty close to closing but they were very patient with me and gave me honest opinions on items that I was interested in purchasing. The young girl counting registers was also very warm and welcoming. Was overall very happy with my experience here and I left with a bag full of super trendy items.

Great selection of Jean's and long sleeve shirts for men and women. I dnt usually get too many tees or dresses here but I have found some gems. Great service and its organized very well. Easy to find things and lots of changing rooms. I'm a fan

Great place to take name brand items you just don't where or sit in your closet plus get paid cash on top of it, staff is super sweet.

I havent been to that store in years. Took my teenage daughter there for some clothes and it still didn't disappoint. The shoe section was a little bare, but the organization of colors within sizes is what I love.

Nice store clean organized clothes are in great shape and decent prices unlike some other resell shops. Crew always very nice smiles and greeting. Sold here before as well took several item made decent pay back amount. I will continue to shop here and sell items as well.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I did sell to them today and it was quick and easy! They had an awesome sale as well and scored on some great gently used clothing. I can't wait to come back.
