Clerks were very knowledgeable, helpful, and had very pleasant attitudes. Have been there in the past and had the same experience. When parts aren't in stock they do their best to locate them for you and set up an in store or home delivery. Will definitely be using them again.

I just got my oil changed at the location in fort worth texas on alta mere and was helped by Shazzalyn and Faith who were very friendly and kept a good conversation going while I was waiting on my oil change that they said would take 30 minutes but the mechanic Zeddie got it done in probably 10 minutes,who by the way walked up to my car before I could get out of my car to ask what I needed done. Overall they all showed great customer service and were very personable. I'll definitely be back when I need another oil change.

I stopped at the auto store to see if they could find out what was wrong with my keyless remote. The man at the counter was so nice and helpful. He opened up my remote replaced the battery and walked me put to my car to make sure it worked. I purchased the battery and he put everything back together for me. It was so nice to have someone willing to help and who was so pleased about it as well. I normally hate going into auto parts store but I will keep this one as my recommended store from now on.

OK I have to say BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ........... From beginning to end couldn't have asked for better.
Quick inspection and great price on oil job. Go by and check them out. Okay I'm at Napa to get my brakes done and an oil change 7/20/19 . It was so fast and again very reasonable prices. They gave me the sale price on my brakes and again THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF YOU NEED STUFF DONE AND YOU'VE BEEN TO SHODE PEOPLE..PLEASE COME HERE YOU WILL HAVE SUCH GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I come here for all my car needs. Tony is the best. Very knowlageble. Will never tell you something needs to be replaced if it doesnt. Zeddy always great with my oil changes. I dont know what i would do without thrm

The employees were very friendly & the price of an oil change can't be beat! under $20.00 for regular oil, not sure of the price for synthetic... I definitely recommend checking them out the next time that your car needs it's oil changed...

Love this NAPA. Alway has what I need, odd filters and other big equipment filters. Friendly staff.. I go out of my way to get my parts from here.

Fast and easy in locating part need for 71 Charger. This store is one of the best I've used. Prices are reasonable too.
