This was my first time using an authorized Apple service provider (we’ve always used the Genius Bar at Apple in the past), and I was so impressed with the service.

They were professional, efficient and the service was simply outstanding for an iPhone display issue. I was treated like a person and not just a number.

Dropped my sons laptop off on Saturday and his cracked screen was fixed by Wednesday! Super fast great customer service! Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, I cracked my screen on my sweet MacBook Air...fortunately, when I went to my Apple Support, Hardin Computer had availability that day! I brought it in and the technician, Hugo, swiftly attended me. I filled a few things out, turned off my "FindMy" (so he could run diagnostics) and 2 days later my screen was fixed!
Very happy with their services! Thank you!

FYI - I had limited warranty with apple and this included the SINGLE crack I had - it does not cover multiple cracks in a screen!

I ended up cracking the screen on my work computer ( A Mac Book Pro). I gave them a call and they were really nice and told me to stop on by to assess the damage. When I got there, I headed right on in and they took really good care of me. I’m not super knowledgeable with Apple but they walked me through everything and were very professional the entire time. Turns out it was under apple care and they had the screen in store to do the full replacement. I was notified a couple hours THAT SAME DAY that the repair was complete. Total life savers! I would highly recommended this place to anyone in need of a repair for their Mac Book Pro.

I highly recommend Hardin. I told him what my issue was and he got right straight to fixing my Mac. Literally took him less that 15min if that. Surprised there was literally no wait limit and no appointment necessary. Apple would’ve took 2hr wait if not longer.

I had a keyboard issue on my MacBook Pro. I searched Apple repair and had no idea this store was so close! Way better than having to wait days for an Apple Store appointment.
I walked in and Rick was able to eyeball my keyboard issue. Took him less than 10 mins to fix for me!

So appreciated. I'll definitely be telling family and friends to go here for any Apple issues going forward.

Amazing service and 100% recommend. My son got the charger stuck in the charging port of his iPad. We brought it in to Hardin after trying to get it out at home. It looked like a lost cause and Hardin Computer gave us several options for repair/replacement. They were ultimately able to get the piece out and made my sons day. We are thankful for the helpful and quick service.

-Also, my son loved the old Apple product displays. We will be bringing all of our Apple products here as needed.

Absolutely 5 stars!! Took my MacBook Air to Best Buy hoping for a battery replacement, however they don't carry them so the guy at BB suggested I download Apple Support, which directed me to Hardin Computer as they're authorized to work on Apple. Jimmy was so kind and professional. He checked to see if they had the battery I needed and it was replaced literally within 25 minutes!! Definitely my go-to place for any other issues, and so glad I didn't have to make the drive to the Apple store in Dallas.

Top notch customer service and care for my device. Apple couldn’t solve my issue but Hardin did, and fast! My computer was not responding and I thought I’d lost all my data. Hardin restored everything and I’m so grateful! Highly recommend!

My husbands camera wasn’t working and he did a inspection on it to find exactly what was wrong very knowledgeable and thorough with his work camera is good as new thank you will definitely come back for any issues with our electronics again

Hardin has been my go-to place of service for Apple computers for years. Always received great service - even sometimes while I wait so I don't have to make a trip back. Always friendly and willing to show me steps or shortcuts that will make working on projects easier. Highly recommend!

Dropped my AirPods off on Wednesday and they were done on Thursday as good as new, they did very well with the repair to my AirPods speakers and I’d definitely recommend anyone with apple products to them! They will make sure your stuff is fixed.

Hardin is great! Jimmy really took care of me. I had a MacBook Pro that had an overcharging battery problem twice in 3 years. The genius bar in Southlake wanted me to wait an hour to schedule a time a week out just to look at it, let alone fix it. These guys had it fixed within 2 hours, and even went to bat to get Apple to pay for it both times even though it was a cpl months out of warranty. Highly recommend.

20/10 service! The environment was extremely welcoming, and very retro! Employees are very well educated, and well versed on any issue regarding apple products, and are willing to go the extra mile for you. Will definitely bring my apple products again should I have any issue.

Took my son's laptop to get fixed based upon feedback and recommendation from Best Buy since our Total Protect was not worth paying $300 to have it serviced even though we had Apple Care. These guys were great friendly and fast. They worked with Apple Care got the part and had it fixed in 2 days. Consider Hardin on your next computer diagnostic or repair needs.
