State Farm Insurance

I have to say how much I LOVE STATE FARM. I have had them as my insurance company for years and i have added, taken off, changed my policy, divorced, added more vehicles, added renters insurance , and 3 life insurance policies, taken people off the policy and added a few extras throughout about 10 years. Best rates hands down and i have to say that DONNA is amazing. She gets me done with no questions asked! All i have to do is call her and she gets me taken care of. AGAIN hands down the best PLACE EVER!!!! Donna THANK YOU!

The one individual lady who helped me was Kind , helpful and made things very easy for me. So far I am happy with them. The location to office was also convenient. I did not have to travel far and waste gas , time & money. Thumbs up.

If you have a driver license than you should choose State Farm as an option. If you don't have a driver's license, don't even go. If they recommend you to go somewhere else don't go, just go to Freeway Insurance if you don't have a driver license.

Started out decent but unfortunately ended with them dropping the ball on adding my new vehicle with all the same coverages as my prior Full coverage vehicle only to find out it wasn’t added. When I resalizes it wasn’t on my policy and called, the lady said she would add it and update my policy. Well until I had to file a claim, for an incident that happened over the weekend, I didn’t know she still hadn’t added it until the claim adjuster told me that I didn’t have rental coverage……… WTHECK!!!!!!!!!!

The woman at the front desk did not appear to know how to use her own computer. She just stared at it blankly. When she insisted my car insurance was $600 per month on an SFPP account, I couldn't believe the stupidity. I told her I was going to get insurance elsewhere. She responded by throwing her hands the air and saying, "okay, great". Prior to this, I was a State Farm customer for 13 years. They have made thousands from me. Nice way to show appreciation.

This office is extremely annoying. Don’t go wanting a quote for something, they will call you for MONTHS trying to push you to get it. Then if I call actually needing them to do something with your policy, they tell you to call the 1-800 number. Make sure if your requesting liability on one of your vehicles, they actually sign you up for liability only and not just tell you that is what you have. There is a waiver you have to sign. Found that out from the cypress office. I’d been paying for extra stuff on a vehicle I thought had only liability. Then I called to take it off my policy because it didn’t run anymore. One lady told me that they took it off. Another wanted an email, before taking it off and Still didn’t take it off. Called AGAIN about taking it off and was told to call the 1-800 number. Called cypress office, it was taken care of the first time.
