About 4 years ago, I had exchanged my boots about 4 times looking for my right size. Red Wing was understanding and patient throughout the time. I road my motorcycle from Austin to Ushuia, Argentina, and now attempting to break a Guinness world record. I use Iron Rangers and the custom insoles everyday. Angelo is A+.

I want to really highlight the exceptional service I received at the Austin, TX store located in the Gateway shopping center. Firstly, I was really happy with the selection of Women’s work shoes. I had gone to four different stores beforehand and found no women’s work shoes with a safety toe. After getting my feet and my step measured, I decided on the Cooltech Athletic safety shoe. I bought them on a Saturday. An hour into my work shift on Monday, I rolled my ankle resulting in a minor sprain. This is not a knock on the shoes. They were so comfortable. I have weak ankles and should have known better than to buy a pair of low-top shoes considering the uneven terrain I walk on every day. I brought them back to the store the next day. They were so understanding and allowed me to exchange the shoes for a pair of rugged Tradeswoman boots and only paid the $5 difference. I just started this job and I was really stressed about having to drop another $200+ on another pair of work shoes. I am on my feet and running around for 10 hours a day. These boots gave me enough comfort and support this week to make it through my shifts despite my ankle still being a bit sore. I cannot say enough good stuff about the Red Wing employees’ level of service and the quality of their products. I will go to them again for my next pair of boots.

01102024 Wait, bought the socks with a lifetime warranty less than 6 months ago and was told today, when I brought a pair in with holes, that the socks are dis-continued and redwing would no longer honor the warranty. Feels like a bait and switch like. Can’t believe Red-Wing really wants that kind of reputation. Y’all are gonna be losing star or two over this debacle.

Quick service by knowledgeable staff. "State of the art" foot analysis regarding sizing and pressure points convinced me that I need 2 different inserts to "feel" right. Plus, these tennis shoe-type work shoes are the most comfortable footware I've had in a long time.

If you are into quality footwear, walking into the Red Wing store will make you heart soar. The staff is friendly, both Pablo and Travis answered all my questions and helped me find a pair of properly fitted Iron Rangers. I expect to be back in the future!

Customer service was great. Angelo was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best fit. They didn't have the color I wanted so he called their south location to find that they had them in stock. Looking forward to getting my next pair.

Unbelievable customer service. I have used red wing boots for years and when it came time to get new boots I thought I would save a little money and go with more of the main stream big box store boots. But the fact is the wolverine and timberlands just did not compare so I ended up buying two more pairs of new red wings after wasting money on those other boots.

Great boots and great service. I wore the hell out of my boots for nine months and the insole started to compress, so I could feel the stitching below. Took them back to the store, and they checked them out, walked in back, and brought out a brand new pair for me, no questions asked.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Bought a pair of boots that had a slight manufacturing defect, and they immediately replaced the pair with absolutely no problems. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience! The gentlemen who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to have covid precautions in place/enforce them in a very cordial manner. We felt very taken care of and I’d definitely recommend this location simply because the manager was so excellent.

Was in Red Wing today and Travis Lynch was fantastic. He could have sold me another pair of boots as I thought mine were too small. Instead he helped me with a few ideas to make mine work before getting a new pair. Go see Travis!!!
