Best Buy

I had great experiences at this location.  First, I was shopping for a refrigerator. Laurie walked us around, answering our questions  and helping us narrow down our preferences. Next was Esco. He worked the computer to find the refrigerator.  He gave us a lot of information and was very friendly to talk to. Esco helped find the specific one we needed.

On a second occasion, I needed to buy a new TV remote and was having some trouble due to the type of TV I have. Lauturo helped to determine which one would work. He even explained it to me, so I left with no worries.  He was so nice to interact with.

I really like this store. If Laurie, Esco, and Lauturo are representative of the type of employee Best Buy is looking for, then this store continues to be successful, and I'll be coming back.

just a big thank you! I went into best buy today to try and see if there were any alternative options due to the nationwide at&t outage. Hector was a total sweetheart and told me i could purchase a sim card and we could try to it. It didn’t work but he really gave it all his effort which i so appreciated and he even returned the sim card after it didn’t work out - the wait time was totally worth the excellent customer service! thank you Hector!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and directed in the right direction. We found a keypad we’ve been looking for at other locations and a camera along the way. Jamaul was extremely knowledgeable in his field gave us both the good and bad qualities of every option and did it with a great attitude. Thank you!

I just had another awesome experience at this Best Buy. The manager Anthony really helped me out today. This is the second time he’s gone above and beyond. I won’t shop at any other store because this one rocks! Thanks man!

Rarely busy, I don't think it has ever taken longer than 5 minutes for me to check out. I've used the geek squad once, and all of my questions answered. I do suggest making an appointment if you have more than questions, though. The staff are friendly and will walk up and ask if you need assistance. I like that.

Quick, easy to deal with and carries a great stock. Easy to order online and pickup in store.

Zain helped my boyfriend and I find the right TV for us. He was super personable and knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he's doing. Definitely felt like he cared about what he was selling us. I really appreciated the interaction we had and would definitely return to this store if we needed anymore electronics

It is a very good place if you still like to buy electronics in a local store. And touch the items before you buy.

got tired of waiting for a ps5. went with a pc instead. amazing asus machine. be awesome if graphic cards were more in stock, but a nvidia 3070 is still a beast.

Ask for Jim! Great experience and help from Jim in the appliance department. He takes us through the pros and cons of every washer, dryer, and fridge we looked at. He also showed me how to use a toaster. This world needs more Jims.

They are the friendly neighborhood best buy for me. Very clean store and super helpful staff. I love how well maintained this store is, I like it better than the Cedar Park location. This is super conveniently located next to whole foods in the Arboretum. I usually do my pick ups here, very convenient - just enter and take a left and have your ID ready. There is a pickup only parking spot right out front for those quick pickups. They have a nice entertainment area that is specially setup with Samsung and Lg OLEDs so that customers and try them out. I love the kitchen appliances section as well as they have a special Samsung section with the amazing Samsung smart fridges - super fun. Most of the stuff are usually in stock here. My favorite Best Buy location.

Great tech products and friendly Staff! I picked up my online order with no wait. I almost bought a incorrect joystick for my system and a staff was able to give me the expert advice I need to get the right one.

Once you talk to someone they’re great. Had an issue trying to talk to someone at geek squad one day. Was in line. Never acknowledged while guy was ringing up a customer. Guy went behind the curtain and I left after 15 minutes. Scheduled online and was fine, but also was a different person working.

Went to Best Buy (Research Blvd location) and was greeted by ROBBIE MEYER. Robbie displayed an immense knowledge of Best Buy appliance products they sell. He took the time and was very patient in letting us decide what appliances to buy that best suited us. Kudos to Robbie in helping us renovate our kitchen… the arrival went smooth and on time.

I'm going to give this store 5 stars due to the staff. I visited in the middle of the day, and the place was quiet. The staff quickly asked me if there was anything they could help with. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I told them and I was taken immediately to it. The store is large, so I could have understood if it had taken a moment to find the right shelf, but that didn't happen. The store was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful, they had the item in stock. That's pretty much all I needed. Could I have found it cheaper online? Probably, but I need it right then. Not the next day.

As an edit to this review, I recently had a fairly expensive item that I purchased and it had a problem. They were excellent taking a return. The customer service continues to make a difference

Good location. Lots of stock. I went in for several computer parts and had several people ask if they could help me. They had lots of different parts in stock so it was a good selection. Once I figured out what I wanted I was rang up and out in a couple minutes. It was a good experience.
