Went in today looking for shoes that I could actually walk long distances in. A very kind young man by the name of Austin assisted me and after having visited two other shoe stores in the mall I finally found a salesperson who was knowledgeable in the products he is selling. He went above and beyond when he also assisted me when my blood sugar decided to drop all of the sudden. I did end up buying a pair of shoes thanks to the amazing service provided by Austin, thank you so much!

Came in looking for the new slips ins and was promptly greeted. The Mgr. showed me several different styles, but the ones I liked unfortunately were sold out in my size.

Even though the store was extremely busy, she offered to order them for me and have them shipped to my home. I love my Skechers and the slips ins are the best!!

LINNEA is the best! She’s the new manager at this location and she’s so kind and patient!!! Y’all are going to do good and be good with her around.

Store #00193, visited on Saturday afternoon 6/17/2022, Salesperson #108510 provided outstanding customer service. Her patience with me as I picked out new shoes is greatly appreciated and I will return as needed for new shoes.

Plenty of merch. There were alot of people in the store and still the staff, having to make trip after trip into the back for each customers shoe size, were courtious and friendly in the caous. Love our new shoes, and the cool bags as well.

Attentive to their customer's needs even on a busy Saturday. Great shoes. I work in retail and I won't wear anything else to work so I had to get some for my leisure wear also. Wish they had more in stock but with a great sale, things should be expected to be out of stock

If you have plantar fasciitis these are the most comfortable shoes you can buy I've bought the shoes you can spend hundreds on to help my plantar fasciitis but I always seem to go back to Skechers. I recently converted my husband and now he owns three pairs of Skechers including a pair of Skechers golf shoes which he absolutely loves.

My daughter wears a foot/leg brace and they helped us pick the most comfortable and cute shoes for her.

Total success....great part of shoes...I highly recommend this place...these shoes are the real deal and I know since I'm flat footed...
