Longhorn Crossing

I have not yet had the privilege of moving into this apartment, but I felt spiritual peace and I felt lucky, after I spoke with Mrs. Silvia and her treatment was very excellent. I also thank Mr. Edwin for his exemplary work and together with His work team did their best to make the apartment ready, beautiful and comfortable in a timely manner. God bless you all, for your wonderful work.

Edwin is very reliable and knowledgeable. I think he is the best employee out of the entire office. He was efficient and very professional. Nice guy! 10/10 recommend.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the people are fantastic. Quiet and peaceful. Great for families and couples. We stay in a 2 bedroom with an island and the space is wonderful! My go too at the office is Peyton. But everyone in the staff is amazing!

I just want to share how much of a blessing Bethany is! It seemed like our world was crumbling down when we had to move. She made sure moving in was a smooth transition for us and we love it here. Thank you so much Bethany you’re a lifesaver. The maintenance guy is cool too. Always speaking and my me and my family laugh. We appreciate yall

Payton was awesome, informative. Pleasant and very helpful. She really cares about the customers . I Really enjoyed her help. The hospitality was great. It was pleasure. Miss Sylvia was great also and very helpful. I think these ladies need a raise.

The management is very helpful. Kara, Bethany, Peyton and Sylvia are all very friendly and nice. The apartments are great, the kitchen is my favorite! Nice and open. Maintenance is quick, Edwin is always Johnny on the spot and does a great job.

Edwin is extremely friendly & helpful, the office puts on consistent events to invite a neighborly environment, and the apartment complex is fairly peaceful. Maintenance is timely, especially when Edwin is on the job. Sylvia & Peyton are also very pleasant to talk to and ready to help.

My garage door broke after hours and Edwin came out right away and got if fixed. He was so helpful and kind. It's nice living in a place where they handle things so quickly and are so caring.

Edwin from Maintenance did a fantastic job. I had a very noisy refrigerator. He responded the same day and fixed it. Great service, friendly guy.

Peyton and Kyra are incredible people, loving and caring about the property. The people, they are both respectful and professional. I appreciate all that they do and all that the community provides.

Absolutely love this apartment! The management and staff are amazing, quick to respond and always ready to help in any way. Edwin the head maintenance guy is the best. Always makes sure jobs get don’t right and has even helped with things on weekends and after normal hours. The people here really make you feel at home and cared for.

Can’t say enough about Edwin. Came promptly to address a minor issue I had in my unit. He was polite and professional when he entered. Left momentarily to get some supplies. Returned in a few minutes and preformed the repair. If I have any issues in the future I hope management send Edwin back.

Edwin is the best maintenance man! He always gets the job done and very personable!!

Edwin did an amazing job helping me with the install on my washer and dryer. Definitely the best around.

Edwin was great. He came into the apartment and checked the issue and went out to get his tool, which only took him less than 5 minutes. He unclog the toilet. He checked it twice to make sure the toilet was unclog. He put the tool in a trash bag, so not to drip onto my carpet. He has an A+ in my book. I'm still glad I live in Longhorn Crossing Apartments.

They were great. Especially Edwin in maintenance did great job fixing our garbage disposal on very next day. Maintenance is top of the line. If you can break it they can fix it. !

Edwin and Gideon were excellent! Answered any questions I had and went above and beyond. Awesome service, fast and accurate!

I have lived here since March 2019 and this has been an amazing complex to live in. The office staff wasn't the best in the beginning but since the new staff has come in they have been very welcoming and accommodating. Anytime I need maintenance of some sort, they take care it in a timely manner. The property is well-maintained and the apartments are beautiful. I'm going to be sad when it's time to get into a home. I have created many wonderful memories over the last four-plus years here.

Edwin did a good and excellent job , fixed the problem fast and quick , love the maintenance here very efficient.
