7-Eleven

The nicest 7-Eleven I've ever been too! Not only in cleanliness, but in customer service also. Big shout out to Kenny & Ryan. They were super friendly, greeting everyone that walked through the door, and incredibly helpful with a few requests I had. Thank you guys!

They are always so nice here. I live in the neighborhood so it's super convenient for me. One time they were super busy and saw I only had a drink and didn't make me pay for it. I thought that was awesome of them! It made me feel appreciated.

Clean, always stocked, fresh baked goodies, warm foods, the best snacks, and wonderful staff

This store has the absolute nicest abs friendliest staff.

There's never toilet paper in the men's restroom. The staff is usually nice but no TP is just wrong, I'm in this store every other day at least

The gas pumps are always slow!! I’ve tried most pump and they are just very slow. It takes 4 to 5 minutes to fill up. I will have to stop coming here cause it’s always frustrating!!! Please FiX Your gas pumps or put more gas in the reservoirs!

Horrible customer service. 2 guys were in front of outdoor ice freezer would not move asking for money. I felt threatened. Manager told me “well they’re not really doing anything “. THEN a guy walked back to the coffee area and started SPITTING into the little trash can hole on the counter. Manager did not bat San eye. So gross and unsafe in so many ways.

First of all, I went into this place to get a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, as I walked in there was a sign that was blocking the entrance that said no cash. As, I proceeded to walk in the floors was filthy, the slurp machine had slurp all over them, the top of the cabinets surface was flighty with sugar & coffee, and the coffee machine did not have coffee in neither machine. I asked the cashier why is the store so flighty and he just looked @ my and shrugged his shoulders. As a customer who visits this location daily and whom also lives in the community should be able to come to a clean and friendly store. So, this same review I’m writing will be also sent to cooperate of today along with pictures. This was a bad site for a fairly new store.

Horrible customer service, rude and abrupt to customers. Older short heavy set white lady is down right awful to people everytime I am in there and hate to listen to how she speaks to people

This is a brand new store and the restrooms are out of order? For over a month? As the franchise principal, you should be upset that you spent well earned money on this building that's brand new and your customers cant use its facilities! Or your staff is soo lazy that they just keep the bread and bread containers in front of the doors so that no none can access the restrooms! I guess your staff goes around the back of the building like everyone else to relieve themselves. It smells live an old alleyway downtown NY. I've purposely gone inside this location almost every other day just to see if things have changed because I quit buying stuff from here and nothing's changed. Thankfully there is another convenient store or 2 nearby. You should choose a more competent contractor or customer friendly staff if you want the quickest return on your investment!

The bathroom is awful! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The maintenance closet was wide open and the was just as gross. No pride in their location at all

Rude rude employees with no respect who don’t want to do their job correctly!!! Worst 7-11 ever all you hear is the employees making fun of other employees and costumers!!! Unacceptable!!! I will never ever come back here I’ve never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable in my life !!!

I really like this gas station but the pumps need to actually be monitored. My card was hacked and I barley used it these past few days.

Just pumped gas here and my gas line did not move. Called to report the issue and the man hung up on me and won’t answer as i continue to keep calling

Not open 24 hours, always closed 3 and 4 am
