Blake was really cool and helpful. I was looking for some new shoes and the University Blue Jordan 1's were sold out the JD store. Blake was really helpful and gave so many different recommendations that fit what I was looking for. Overall great conversationalist and made the shopping experience fun and not awkward. Yay

It's my second time shopping at the Journey's at Barton Creek, and Kasey always helps and she is awesome! She has great customer service skills, is super sweet and friendly, and I always walk out with 2 pairs of shoes!

The staff was pretty awesome and the sales associate that waited on me answered all of my questions. One of the male cashier's made me feel absolutely great by shopping in the store. I will be going back

Gino and Mac are awesome! The store has a ton of shoes options and unique color combinations available. I get my Dr. Martens, convers, lacoste and other casual shoes here.

Stopped in to get my son a new pair of kicks but couldn't remember his size. Went ahead and got the size I thought he was and when I found that it was too small I had to come back and exchange them to a larger size. It was a breeze. They didnt give me any hassle and only asked a few questions, sign on the line, and bam. I got the shoes in the right size. Thanks Journey's!
