Wow can't say enough good things about this place! I took my car in yesterday to Palms for the first time to get the "premium wash" and the standard wash inside and my car looks the best it's ever looked since I bought it! They literally detailed my car to make it look brand new and even got rid of some of the scratches off my car, which I had from previous car washes (at different car washes). Craig, the manager is AMAZING and truly cares about his customers. Craig, Elena and Walter did such a great job and I will certainly be coming back. Best car wash in Austin (and I am not often impressed)! Also the waiting room is so comfortable and clean! Top notch service!

Craig and Demir accepted a request to buff my headlights at 6:30 although they were closing at 7 and stayed an hour after to make sure it was done correctly. I come here 1x a week and i’m treated so well and they make sure to cater to whatever i am in need of. i appreciate this location and this car wash and i highly recommend anyone in this area to get a membership here. Palms Car Wash- Brodie Lane is hands down the best in the business. Craig, the detailing manager, takes personal responsibility for the work at the detailing center, ensuring every customer leaves pleased with the work his team does. I bring my personal vehicles here for the double detail deal every time. I brought my work truck in today and it was too dirty to go through the car wash. Craig spent 15 minutes hand prepping the truck in a self service bay before sending me through the car wash. Talk about going above and beyond! Thanks Craig and the entire Palms Car Wash team for not only providing a great service, but making sure each customer leaves happy and are sure to return.

Craig and his team at Palms Car Wash truly outdid themselves in getting my Tahoe into pristine 'sell-ready' condition. I had an unfortunate experience with another auto detailer in town—they charged me double, rushed the job, and left my truck with noticeable dirty spots both inside and out. It was so bad that I insisted on a refund.

Frustrated, I found myself driving south and stumbled upon Palms Car Wash. From the moment I arrived, Craig extended a warm welcome and attentively listened to my story. We went over the specific detailing needs my Tahoe still required, and he presented various cleaning solutions tailored to meet those needs. Craig even personally took the extra steps to shampoo my carpet and buff out some unsightly scratches on my hood.

The result? My SUV now looks better than ever—I couldn't be more thrilled. The team at Palms genuinely paid attention to every single detail, which is precisely what you hope for when entrusting someone to detail your vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They COMPLETELY DETAILED my car for $100, doing such an extraordinary job that it looked like the day I bought it. I couldnt believe what an outstanding job they did -I gave them an $100 tip but it was a $500 detail job! Oscar and the manager that day, I think Craig?, were incredible. Huge shout out to this place!!

Best car wash in South Austin!

I've been coming here for 10 years and never been disappointed. Sometimes on Fridays it is a little bit busy and you have to wait in line but other than that there are so many free vacuum stalls and car wash stalls that it can even take a heavy load on Friday on a sunny day after a rain 😁😁😁

The detailing is also a great deal and for only $20 they will wash and hand dry your vehicle. This also includes the rims and the tires which really makes everything pop.

I’ll drive from North Austin to South Austin just to go to Palms to wash my car. That’s how good it is. Tipping goes a long way to the hard working people wiping down my car afterwards in the cash drop box next to them. Affordable, great quality wash and wipe down. Free vacuums. I recommend this location.

Not only did they completely clean my car and make it look magical. These guys went above and beyond and helped me take off a bad paint spill with the exterior of my car! I tried touching it up with touch up paint which made it way worse but they fixed everything.

Had my car detailed at Palms Car Wash on Brodie Ln. Excellent detailing job. They have so many packages, there is one for every budget. The service is great, Craig took care of my car and when I picked it up it looked amazing inside and outside. We’ll keep coming back.

Great, really hard working staff. They even sent me back to outer wash just because they believed my car was not clean enough (well, may be because last time I washed it was ages ago 🤭) They also have DIY vacuum for wash customers, which is great when it is not one of your lazy days. Oh, I also loved the large patio/garden especially if you want to stay outdoors. All in all, great car wash experience.

Y’all - this is the car wash of my dreams. Range of services, combination of wash tunnel and people before and after the tunnel, excellent employees, free vacuums and towels, extremely high quality wash and wax… the Palms is a thriving hive of activity and still moves very fast. I have yet to meet Craig - but from all the reviewers who mention him, I look forward to it!

The truck loves the trips to the Palms and is especially frisky rn. My family now goes to the Palms exclusively and I look forward to getting my BF’s filthy Suby into fight form.

My experience was fantastic! Selling my 2018 van with 80k. I got the showroom special detail. Dropped off 9am picked up at 5 pm. Looked brand new. Put on craigslist and literally first call in 5 minutes car was sold to first caller same day. Detail team were courteous and professional. Did I mention we live in Bastrop..well worth the ride!

Michael and others did an amazing job on my car (even stayed after hours to make sure it was perfect). Highly recommend the showroom special detail package. Only time the car has ever looked better was when the car was bought brand new! Even though I live in north Austin, it is well worth the drive for the fantastic service and attention to detail at this place and will be using them for all my detailing needs in the future. The detail package even includes headlight restoration and engine bay detailing, I just couldn’t stop myself from taking pictures!

With prices being so outrageous these days, Palms Car Wash is such an Austin gem. I started going there for car washes about 3 years ago, but once I got my car detailed, I became a loyal customer for life!

Craig, the detail manager, has personally helped me every time I've brought my car in. Honestly he must work 7 days a week cause I've never not seen him there. I really appreciate how he doesn't try to upsell me and doesn't treat me like I don't know anything about cars because I'm a female. He takes the time to understand what exactly I want and makes sure I'm always taken care of. He even goes as far as getting those scuff marks out whenever I have them!! (Which is every time.) He is a very genuine guy who really exemplifies top-tier customer service.

Today I got my car detailed and it only took an hour. The lobby has plenty of seating with TVs, coffee and wifi, so Im able to come in during the day and work on my laptop.

Honestly I am floored every time I open up my door and see how clean my car is. I have a very active husky who brings in A LOT of dirt and hair all over my car. Literally everywhere. But my car with the basic detail package - it's like night and day of a difference. I'll also get my seats shampooed every 6 months or so for that new car clean!

In my opinion, a business is only as good as its employees, and Craig and the rest of the staff are what gives this place value. I always leave Palms Car Wash in a better mood. Seriously. 12/10 would recommend!!!

I am blown away by the level of customer service starting from the wash station attendant (Christina) right down to the Manager on Duty (Mike). I've been to Palms Car Wash a couple of times since moving to the Brodie Lane area and the amount of kindness and quality customer service I received today, truly left me speechless.

When I went to get my car washed last week one of the car wash attendants suggested I come back Monday - Wednesday to get my car detailed (this way I wouldn't wait 3+ hrs during busy times). I decided to come back Monday morning at 9:00 AM.

Knowing they had a Detail Center Lobby with wifi, I brought my laptop to be able to answer work emails during the quoted hour wait time. Unfortunately for me, there were about 6 other vehicles waiting to be detailed and on top of this, their Guest Wifi wasn't working.

When I approached the Manager on Duty (Mike) and asked him to look into the wifi issue, he happily escorted me back to the lobby where he went into a room and tried to fix the issue. After roughly 10 minutes, he let me know that it wasn't able to be fixed and they needed a Tech to come out.

Frustrated and irritated, I asked how much longer my car would take. With honesty and compassion he said it would probably be a couple of hours still since they had an influx of vehicles to be detailed and were short-staffed due to the pandemic. I let him know I couldn't wait that long because I had a meeting at 11:00 AM that I needed wifi for. As I was ordering a Lyft, Mike then asked how close I lived (which I replied 10 minutes) and he offered to drive me home.

With lyfts costing outrageous amounts these days and knowing I was on a time crunch, I graciously accepted Mike's offer.

To my surprise, around 1:00 pm, Mike called me back to let me know my car was ready and asked if I was ready for him to come pick me up. SHOCKED was an understatement. The fact that he not only brought me home, but also picked me up to bring me back to my car was beyond kind and generous.

After experiencing Mike and his staff's kindness -- the car itself looked absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I've had months of pet hair, cross-country travels, sports equipment, etc in my vehicle. My SUV literally looks BRAND NEW!

Mike, thank you so much. Your kindness and generosity are a true testament to why I support local businesses. Great people do exist and hopefully this serves as a reminder to be kind to strangers. You never know how much of a difference you can make in someone's life by showing another person kindness, compassion and grace.

There are lots of options for whichever level of car wash you need. From doing it yourself, to leaving it entirely in the hands of the pros.

My review is for headlight service:
I understand my photo & video are not the best; however… the difference in before & after is distinct. I needed to have my headlight cover resurfaced. Driving at night was becoming increasingly difficult without my high beams on. I’m amazed how quickly & professionally the entire staff took care of my issue and me. I was there no longer than 20-25 mins. The waiting area was clean, coffee was offered, music playing was awesome.
I’m grateful I can see driving at night again. Thank you.

I used the hand wash and went around the car four times which cost me $5. Afterwards, I drove and found a spot where they had free vacuuming. After that, they put out some clean towels and I dried off the water stains and clean the windshields and I thought it was well worth it.
