Awesome supplement shop! Heard about it through some good friends of mine who worked at one of their locations. Their prices are solid and they have great products and customer service!

I’m visiting Austin on vacation and needed to pick up some supplements since I ran out of some of the essentials that I use. The guys at the shop are friendly and have a lot of knowledge to point you in the right direction no matter what your goal is. If you’re in the Austin area you need to go see them! Overall great experience. If you're ever unsure, ask the gentleman at the register he won't steer you wrong.

First time to one of your stores. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was helped by the guy there. Pretty knowledgeable on the product I was looking for. Only thing is when I got back to the office and opened the Pre-workout powder, it is very clumpy. The AC in that store is not working and it is very humid in there. Hopefully the product isn't ruined. Once I get home and try it out I'll see.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs help about figuring out what is the best supplement to take for healthy lifestyle.

I went in to use their machine to get my body fat checked and the sales person was very helpful. He took the time to explain the information sheet to me and helped me pick out a good tasting protein. Great place!

I went into Rocks in Austin on Monday and Mikey’s service was unmatched, he showed me around the products and gave me all the information I needed and more, I also did my first BMI test and it was super simple and easy, if you need anything whether it’s supplements or vitamins, rocks is definitely the place to go!

First of the manager was a great salesman that didn’t make me feel pressured to buy something

He also reminded me that taking this supplements with out hard work was just wasting my money

This store is 100% the best place for supplements near me. Protein isolate powder, BCAA, and the best quality creatine I've ever had. Justin made sure to help me, opened the store up after having closed, and even gave me some free samples! Definitely recommend, they've earned my business for years!

This store is awesome!! JUSTIN and BEN are amazing at what they do. They have a wealth of knowledge of the products they sell and can help You find what You need!! I have adhd and I ask a ton of questions and I'm all over the place when I'm in there. They literally have stayed with and explained the chemical profile on the products while their food gets cold ( Im sorry and super grateful) I have adhd and don't like being a zombie so I don't like to take my pills (but I'm an engineer so I need them :/ ) I went in there and they got me something that works enough for me to focus that is natural!!@ ( theese things never work for me)

I literally gave up on bodybuilding.com and gnc after discovering Them a few years back. They also give out free samples so You can try before You buy!!! Can't say enough. ( sorry, not sorry about the grammatical errors. Thunders over n out!!

I LOVE this place! The guys are always so welcoming and helpful. Going into places and looking for the right proteins or supplements for you can be a little intimidating, especially if you’re just starting out. But these guys make you feel comfortable and can answer all your questions. I highly recommend this place!

Haven’t been to a Rocks since I moved to Austin, but I moved south side and I’m now close to one. Walking into this Rocks felt just like the good ol’ days and they had the same protein I used to buy all the time. I will definitely be coming here regularly.

I love this little place. I'm a small business owner so I like to support other small businesses when I can they make it easy. They are the only ones that have ISO Flex and it's always in stock. Right across the street from HEB. Quick and easy to get in and out.
