I Had a Horrible experience with an online order. I called customer service several times to no avail. I was charged $30 for overnight shipping. The shoes arrived 5 days later and I was disappointed as it was a birthday gift. Customer service did not resolve the issue as it was from India and they didn't speak the language. I stopped by to ask a couple of questions. The store manager came out of nowhere to the rescue! He was amazing, resolved the problem at the store level. I will definitely shop at this location again.

The young African American girl with the braces (didnt catch her name) was awesome. I felt bad she was the only one in the store as a pair of ladies were giving her the run around, but she was was quick, polite, pleasant and attentive. GIVE HER A RAISE !
