Berkeley Eye Center - Brenham

Great experience at Berkeley Eye Center in Brenham. Amy was so sweet and personable and it was nice to talk about some old places in Brenham that we remember from the past. Dr. Hollas was very professional, yet very down to earth and took time during our visit even though the office was busy that day. Even the other patients in the waiting room were happy to be there and chatting with each other. Happy to be a new patient here.

The whole crew was amazing. Bash started us out. She was great. Dr Cook was the same. She went into great detail about all upcoming procedures. Office manager was same. Explained everything in detail up all upcoming procedures and the process.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Charles Hollas is a good doctor. He is very good and if you need a good eye doctor contact him.

There was a bit of a wait due to a water leak a couple of weeks ago under the building, but it was not a big deal. All of the employees were very nice and respectful. Dr. Cook was especially great!

As always - wonderful service and excellent people at Berkeley.
You won’t find a nicer and more pleasant tech than Bash. She makes a “chore” visit - enjoyable.

Staff was excellent! Dr Hollis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone was very nice. Using my insurance was seamless. I was getting an eye exam and two pairs of glasses (one for all the time and one for computer). The doctor made an entry error for one pair, and they happily fixed the mistake with an apology. My only quibble is that the wait times can vary, but I will certainly use them again.

Bashaba was very awesome , she was very patient with my father , and everyone was super nice !

Berkeley Eye Clinic is awesome. Even when I just stop in they are always accommodating and never make me wait. So far, there's no issue they haven't been able to solve. Thank you all!

Great, easy procedure. Dr Cook prayed with me beforehand which was very reassuring, Dr Cook explained everything step be step. I didn't need anesthesia or sedative, just the numbing drops did the trick, I'm ready for the second eye surgery tomorrow. I am very pleased with Dr Cook & the caring, professional attitude she has for her patients.

Dr Cook has been very helpful in keeping the virus in my eye under control. It has been very up and down, but Dr Cook has made the necessary changes required. I think she has done an excellent job.

Everyone was super nice, especially Amy! The appointment went super quick and was out of there in no time.

Dr Hollas has worked so hard with great care and attention to detail concerning my unique eye issues. He has been persistent and patient finding contacts that work for me. I highly recommend him and the Brenham Berkeley eye clinic!

Dr. Cook is very professional, thorough, caring and friendly. I am impressed with her praying with her patients before surgery. Her Christian attributes shine through her and her staff. All of her staff are professional, thorough, friendly and caring also.

All the ladies in the office were extremely friendly and very helpful.The service was excellent right down to helping me decide on my new frames. My eye exam was very thorough and Dr Hollas explained everything and answered all my questions.I will recommend Berkley Eye Center Brenham to all my friends.

This facility is filled with caring and kind people. I had cataract surgery with Dr. Cook, general eye exam by Dr. Hollis, and ordered glasses with Miriam. Each experience was very positive.This is a great place to have your eye care provided.
