Ace Hardware Brenham

I loved this Ace hardware location!! Their gift area was perfect for my holiday shopping. So happy we stopped when we saw it driving through town. Wish I had one in my hometown. Grabbed a few presents and a couple of things for myself.

This store is a great shopping stop! I know, you're thinking, "Its a hardware store." But half of the store is brimming with clothing, housewares, candles, gifts, and more. The staff is very friendly.

As in previous visits always greeted at least 2 times asking if I need help finding any thing.
Always have what I’m looking for or in one case understood what I was trying to accomplish and saved me a few $$!

In the last 7 years or more that we have lived and shop here… we always got a friendly smile and helpful service.

Today, I went in for a couple small items and ended up with two armful. One of the associates (Ray) handed me a basket. Talk about johnny on the spot!

Please support this smaller store when possible so we can continue to have them for years to come.

One of the best hardware stores I’ve ever had the pleasure of entering in my life. Some of the most attentive young workers I’ve seen in a store. Specifically Bryce and Santiago were very knowledgeable and helped me in all my needs. Austin was also very knowledgeable and helped me as well. This establishment should be very proud of what they are doing.

I come here for all my hardware needs. They have different grade bolts ( up to grade 8 I believe) and have very helpful staff to help navigate through all those bolts and screws. You're going to pay a bit more here, but as far as hardware goes, HD and Lowes can't compete.

I came in to get a washer and an o-ring to
repair my old faucet.
Joe was respectful and knowledgeable, persistent until he found all of my parts.
Chase engaged in my request. They both made me feel valued and important. This
was unrelated to the amount of money I spent. Strong work.

The concept of Ace Hardware has always been so bizarre to me. My brain has a tough time remembering that it isn't just a hardware store. It's so much more. There are small household and kitchen appliances and gadgets, and gifts, and even clothes. There is a post office at the back of the store too! I went in this week looking for canning supplies and they had everything I needed!

Julie and Libby were the best!! Julie helped me find exactly what we were looking for and was so sweet! Libby was my cashier and she was super respectful! This was such an amazing experience!! I would definitely return!

They have anything and everything you could need from there! My daughters bought my Christmas presents from there last year and I loved them :) The staff is always there to help and very knowledgeable. They take care of their customers!

Ace has the best customer service of ANY retail store. They met me just inside the door and walked me straight to the clamp I needed. I can buy one bolt if I need it instead of a package. They are all very knowledgeable of the products and always make good suggestions if I need help. I usually know what I'm looking for, but sometimes they offer some alternate that I haven't thought if. Old fashioned service that Is greatly appreciated!

Best ace hardware in the area. Haven't been in the store in a year but last time I was there the cleaning aisle was extremely well kept and stocked. The manager, Michael is the most friendly and professional person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting

Ace Hardware, Brenham, Texas. Best hardware store around if/when y’all need a part or specific hardware for fixing most things older than the latest disposable junk being sold by those big-box cookie cutter “home improvement” stores.
