Wayside: Eden Park Academy

EPA has been so great to us! Our child has really thrived and enjoyed being a part of the EPA school community. He is learning so much and is happy to go to school each morning. I love that it is a smaller campus and more attention can be given to each child too. The administration, office staff and teachers have all been so welcoming and wonderful.

Great school! Principal, teachers and staff are all very involved. Most importantly, my kiddo loves going to school! During this time (pandemic) it's been incredibly important for kids overall environment to be the best it can be for learning and safety...EPA has definitely raised the bar and we are thankful!

Incredible staff, wonderful atmosphere, and we are lucky to be enrolled. The teachers like their jobs and it shows. My son is in the second grade and is thriving. My daughter completed Kinder through 5th with joy and success. They are taught self respect and to respect others. They understand they are part of a global community. Eden Park is full of culture, ethics, introspection, and drive. Class sizes are small and excess attention is ready and available for the children. I am thrilled that Eden Park exists for my family, and for the city of Austin.

My sweet daughter has been attending EPA since Kindergarten. We enjoy this school due to their great staff, scholar programs, education, and always being accommodating to parents requests. It's a tight-knit family there, and they treat all with kindness and respect. The teachers are always openly communicating with us parents, and always keeping us in the loop for our childrens education. I highly recommend EPA to any parent that wants the one-on-one more interactive teachings to their kids. Also - shoutout to Ms. Lavender being the best principal and Ms. E for being so kind!

My kids and I love Eden park! We had an undesirable experience in a public school and left to homeschool. Circumstances changed and I needed to get my kids back into school. I searched around town and talked to a few different schools before we found Eden Park. We are now in our second school year there and still loving it. I have great communications with the teachers and they work with my kids to find the way they best learn.

Since starting at EPA my daughters' grades have steadily improved and they truly enjoy school. The teachers and staff are dedicated and great at communicating with parents. We are very glad we are at EPA!

I love this school, my son loves attending this school and I have nothing negative to say!

Everything about EPA is awesome, communication, teachers, administrators, uniforms, schedules, priority in education with still being creative and allowing children to be themselves, community, guidance etc.

Overall I 100% recommend enrolling in a Wayside school but more specifically EPA!

Both of my kiddos have been at EPA since they were able to start school. The ENTIRE staff know all the childrens names, the classes are small, and they have PE, ART, and MUSIC classes and switch weeks between each. Our family lives far, however it has been worth the travel time for excellent teaching and great communication and community!!!!!

The most incredible school I've ever found. Teachers and staff are so passionate about helping the young scholars achieve greatness and have the most fun while doing it!!! We have been so blessed to have our boys attend here. They are already ahead of all of our friends education level that attend other schools. It is truly amazing and our boys just love going to school

I have two daughters at EPA currently. They have been very happy here. The teachers here always go above and beyond. The front office staff is the best! Ms. E and Ms. Madison are always super helpful, kind, and available. Admin is also very understanding, helpful and supportive.

My son has attended to Eden Park Academy since he was in 1st grade. The staff at EPA are exceptional! They make every effort to include parents and encourage all to become involved in activities and events happening at the school. Love the administration. We have a new principal this school year who has years of experience in school education and doing an awesome job so far.

Eden Park became our school of choice since the Pandemic. Smaller class sizes and greater one-on-one instruction were significant factors that beckoned us - and the 5 minute commute isn’t so bad either. The newly appointed Principal Lavender became the icing that made this cake so wonderful! The teachers are great! The families are great! It’s been a small, close-knit family feeling, even in times where we cannot be “close”. The campus may need some aesthetic love from the outside, but the people are lovely to be with and that is what matters most!

Eden Park Academy has been our family for five years I love viewing the quality of care that is given to my children when I am present and when I am absent. Management is always dedicated to ensuring safety growth and encouragement every day. I acknowledge how much motivation and energy is download into my scholars daily . Between my three boys, my family has attended every single Wayside campus over the years. We moved to Wimberley in 2019 and finished that school year at Altamira with plans to switch to Wimberley schools the following year. We did a year of distance learning in 2020 then went back in person this school year at our home school.(a 3 minute drive from my house) We didn’t even last a month before we moved our 4th grader to Eden Park, where it’s been such a good fit. Wayside schools have always been able to engage my sons in ways other schools even “good schools” haven’t been able to. I’m grateful for EPA—my son has really blossomed here and I’m glad we were able to come back when we needed to.The 45 minute commute isn’t ideal but it’s worth it.

First time I was putting my 4 year in school and I was nervous he wouldn’t like it. After the first day he couldn’t wait to go back. Everyone at EPA welcomes him so happy in the morning. All the staff is so welcoming and friendly. We love it here.

Faculty and staff do an amazing job keeping up to date with students. Ensuring and providing a safe and well educated education. I highly recommend for your son/daughter to attend here. Keep up the good work.

All three of my kiddos have attended or are attending and we absolutely love it here! My oldest has Tourette's and they are so understanding and caring and just wonderfully accommodating and compassionate. Love love love them!

Eden Park Academy is a great school for our kiddo. We look forward to him attending next year! Great and friendly teachers and staff!

My child has loved attending kindergarten at Wayside EPA. Staff had been great, and we plan to keep him in the Wayside system through high-school.

My child has teaches she likes very much. I appreciate the teaches are proactive to really practice their believes in every scholar are capable to learn and do their best. Specially, my child look forward to school days every morning.
