Horrible interaction. All Mr Lewis does is lie!!! And try to bypass you! It took them 2 months for my mom to be cremated and I never received the customized urn that I purchased along with the cremation. I don’t know why Mr Lewis ask me for my cashapp info and never refunded me back the $79 that I paid for the urn that he said he ordered and that was 2 months ago and never received it, I’m very disappointed to be mishandled like this at a time like this in life , he aren’t to be ashamed of himself!!!!!!!!!!!!🥲

Four years ago they handled my relative's arrangements. This little young woman who was or is working for them was downright rude. When we got to the church and I was standing at the casket with my sibling she was down right RUDE! Her words? UH GO TO THE OTHER SIDE. Then she acted as if she did not want to give me a program. Another thing I didn't like was she drove one of the family cars up to the house on a flat! I hope my family NEVER EVER deal with this funeral home again.

I've tried for 6 months to get them to correct an error they made on the death certificate, and they've not responded. This is ridiculous. The next step is the BBB.
