We purchased a 2023 Highlander off the showroom floor with Ian as our salesman.
The dealership is gorgeous - very warm and inviting and feels like being at home.
Bathrooms were beautiful and clean and the gift shop area - what a sweet touch!
I saw several patrons waiting on service in nice comfy chairs in a quiet setting - very classy with the tea, coffee and water as well.
Back to the purchase - we have bought many Toyotas over the years from several different dealerships.
We have never felt the need to be “loyal” to a dealership because we did not feel we established that level of a relationship with anyone.
That changed today- wow! What a pleasant experience!! Tegeler Toyota is a class of its own! Their staff makes it awesome - everyone was so kind, friendly, laid back with no pressure.
We felt we were treated with honesty and professionalism - unheard of when buying a car, ha!
Crystal was a true gem. Such a strong work ethic to show up right after surgery- knowing her team depended on her. She was professional and informative and did not pressure or push us at all, we enjoyed our time in the finance department - a first for sure!
Ian was the most informed salesperson we have ever encountered. Usually when we ask questions we wonder if the salesperson is brand new or clueless about what they are selling! Ian knew the answer to most of our questions right away and if he did know he found the answer for us. He did not pressure us in any way and showed us multiple vehicles willingly. He lowered all of the seats we asked, pulled the car out of the showroom for us to see, let us pull cars side by side to view, etc. he also spent a very good while showing us every single feature in the car and helped us set up the Toyota app and add both of our phones to the CarPlay!
The porters made sure the car was spotless before drive out :)
Elizabeth at the information desk was also super helpful and friendly.
As a side note- I had called about a week before this purchase to see what they had in stock and ask a few questions and spoke to a gentleman named Ron. He was so kind and patient and offered suggestions to help me look up different packages/styles to compare xle, limited, platinum etc.

Recently, I replaced my old and well loved vehicle and visited Tegeler Toyota in Brenham, TX. I had an absolutely stellar experience with Ian in sales and the guys in the service department when I had to get my old vehicle towed in for service. Ian helped me look at a few vehicles and I was very happy with the customer service experience at Tegler. I visited a few dealerships over the past week or so and I really like the environment at Tegler. Very comfortable and relaxing. 5 stars for Ian and the service department guys! Thanks very much!

Called and spoke with Ron Eilers about a car they had for sale. I wanted to confirm it was there before driving almost 2 hours. Got there and Ron was very helpful and didn't make it feel like so many other car purchases (hostile and dragged out). Dealt with Jim Clifton in finance who was also great to work with and was out of there quickly. Best experience at a car dealership I have had.

We stopped in Saturday to check out the Prius. We met Joann who took time with us and we ended up test driving three different vehicles. Joann takes the time with a potential customer, no pressure, and she simply knows her stuff. Experience shows and we thank her for sharing hers with us.

This was the best car-buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced. Not only did we find the best deal within 250 miles of San Antonio, but the customer service was exceptional. Ian was upfront about pricing, updated us frequently, and even worked with us a little. From deposit to delivery, he communicated the vehicle's transit status. After a three-hour drive, Ron greeted us at the door and helped us set up the vehicle. Jim, the finance manager, was not pushy about selling us extra plans or accessories. The deal and the customer service were worth the trip, and we look forward to making another purchase in the future. We highly recommend Tegeler Toyota; you won't be disappointed.

We've never had a better experience at a dealership than with Tegeler. Boyd was a wonderful salesman to work with--honest, straightforward, helpful, and always available throughout the period from putting a deposit down to picking up our car. We were especially grateful that Tegeler was not doing the "market adjustments" that many other dealerships are insisting on right now. When we picked up the car, Boyd spent over an hour with us to make sure we were familiar with all of its features. He treated us like friends and neighbors instead of customers to be herded through the buying process. We enthusiastically recommend Boyd as salesman and Tegeler as a dealership to anyone we know.

Houston dealerships wanted $12K - $15K over sticker. I called Boyd at Tegeler, sent him the specs for the vehicle I wanted, told him what I wanted to pay. He said he could do it. My vehicle had to be ordered so Boyd made me aware of upcoming price increases and even quoted the final price to the penny. I put a small amount down so he could begin ordering/sourcing the car. He was great about keeping in contact every month until my vehicle arrived. No surprises at closing. Pleasure doing business with Boyd and his team. Good people.

Great buying experience! They are like family. They took extra time after hours to alleviate my concerns. The was truly a no hassle purchase as their price was more than fair and the gave me a respectable trade in value for my car. I will try to use these guys for every car I buy . even though they are over 3 hours away! And, make sure you meet Dave, he is a kick!

I bought a 2018 TRD 4Runner from Boyd and he was outstanding! Worked with me on prices and set me strait. Unfortunately, I had to get rid of the 4Runner, however, I will always come back to this dealership as they have always done me right! Kurt, he was my contact guy for Maintenance and he was always so nice and understanding, even when I was mad. Outstanding dealership and they always love to talk, just see how their customers are doing. Great customer service!

Big shoutout to Boyd for the patient quest to get my 2022 Sienna! I reached out to 8 different Toyota dealers around central Texas and this was the only one that gave me a no-markup quote + a reasonable/accurate wait time. Communication was maintained and expectations for features were managed while we waited for Toyota to build our minivan. As a bonus, got a very fair price on my trade-in as well!

Got a new Sienna from Joanne. Although it came with dealer add-ons that if given the choice we'd rather not purchase, she was always transparent with pricing and patient when answering questions. No surprises when we went pick up the vehicle coming from Houston. Overall good experience
