I know it was a very long time since I had a pedicure and was a bit embarrassed to walk in there.
I needed to pamper myself and this was close to where I stayed for the night.
The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The gentleman that gave me my pedicure was very attentive to me and my needs. If ever in the area again I would definitely go back.

I am a huge fan of nail and nail salons and have been in multiple states searching for a quite good service and perfect/great nail art around the country. I am really proud to say that Bally’s nail salon is one of the salons that I highly recommend. If I could travel to West Virginia again, I would love to. The customer service given at this nail salon is great. I was able to call for a Nail art appointment. When I got there I was appointed immediately, no waiting no nothing. Customer satisfaction actually hit me with this nail salon having their schedule changed due to appointments and what not. The fine art of made by the employees was quite in depth but it totally depends on the time they put and I really love the fine art they do on my nails.

I always get Hollie to do my nails, she does fabulous work and they are always so professional and so helpful

This is the BEST nail salon in the Beckley area. The people who work there were nice and professional. I get my nails done every week. This place is very clean and elegant. Never ever had dissatisfied me. Of course good quality and effort they put to fix my nails.

I came here with my mom, and she ended up loving her nails. The service was very fast and we had made an appointment beforehand. It wasn’t very busy when we came in and we were in and out. I would recommend giving this place a try!

Everyone is very nice and polite I came here few time and this time a young man who did my nails was very funny and he does a excellent job. I guess it depends on who does your nails. I would definitely recommended this salon to anyone because I been trying out many nails salon and this is one of the best spot by far.
