I purchased a property that the owner/broker of Century 21 in Chappell Hill was the listing agent. Our final walk through was 1 hour before closing and she couldnt be bothered to have the water turned on for us to do our final walk thru of the property. She was hiding some very expensive repairs needed to the property!!! turns out the shower upstairs leaked into the kitchen below!!! Remodeled by the broker's husband!!! Buyer's beware!!! House had no septic system at all!!! Sellers disclosure said it did and even had a date of when it was cleaned!!!! She would not help us just claimed the sellers disclosed what they knew! Sent her pictures of fire damage and the explanation of how the fire was set from the contractor that was paid to cover the fire, no response from this broker. I've been waiting 8 months to wrap up an investigation from TREC wish me luck. She did this to a person who lost everything to the floods in Kingwod in 2017, no morals at all!!! I'd give zero stars if I could!
