Far View Bed & Breakfast Inn

We spent our wedding anniversary at Far View this past weekend and we LOVED our stay. Steve and Linda were great hosts and made sure we were taken care of. The food was SO good and the room clean and cozy. The location was amazing, only a few minute drive to downtown Brenham. The property has a cute walking path, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and so much wildlife (we spotted a woodpecker on one of our walks). I definitely recommend!

This is a restored estate in downtown Brenham that has been converted into a beautiful B and B. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The rooms are comfortable. I stated during the Christmas freeze of 2022 and the rooms were warm and the water in the shower was hot. Beautiful place, staffed by great people.

Stayed here 2 nights for my honeymoon. Beautiful place that feels isolated from the encompassing roads. The owner was very nice and social able and only served to improve the stay. Id highly reccomend to anyone who wants a 5 star experience for a much more wallet friendly price. The breakfast were absolutely amazing as well.

Beautiful landscape, rooms and pool area. Great place for couples to enjoy a romantic get-away and to unwind. We spent the whole day in the pool and enjoyed the quietness and tranquil beauty of the pool area. We will definitely be back for another romantic holiday. Steve is a wonderful host and chef.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. There were lovely garden paths to walk; we had a beautiful, clean comfortable room to enjoy; a pool to swim in; a tasty breakfast each morning; and a gracious host. We definitely recommend staying at the Far View B&B.

We had an incredible stay at Far View! The property has a really unique atmosphere, with trees throughout and separate buildings for different suites. Check in was very easy, and we loved our room. We stayed in the Pool House Suite 1, and it came with a jacuzzi tub inside. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and very well prepared! Steve served the best breakfast I've had in quite some time. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere where you can also escape and be alone if you'd like. Convenient location to downtown as well. I would highly recommend Far View to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brenham!

The Perfect Bed & Breakfast
We stayed in the Blue room on this visit and previously stayed in the Star room. Either room is equally beautiful and so comfortable!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay here laying out at the pool, looking at the immaculate grounds and watching the various butterflies and hummingbirds around us.
The breakfasts that we were served were always varied and amazing, a wonderful combination of sights, smells and tastes that would please any palate.
The entire house is lovely and beautifully furnished. The front porch is a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee. There is a stocked fridge in the kitchen for one to get a cold beverage.
The super plush robes were soooooo comfortable.
The owner is very friendly and helpful who offers suggestions on where to eat in Brenham; visiting the surrounding towns and what to do and where to eat there as well; or just having a friendly conversation him. We just can't say enough about the Inn Keeper's attentiveness!!
We can’t imagine staying anywhere else for return trips to Brenham. This place is peaceful, and serene and we will definitely stay here again.

We headed here for a romantic weekend away and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Pool House suite and enjoyed the fireplace, comfy bed, oversized jacuzzi and beautiful stained-glass windows.

The owners were quick to respond to inquiries.

The stay was very enjoyable. We checked in by picking up an envelope with a key, and wasn't sure where our room was. After a short friendly phone call we were all unpacked for the day. The view was very pretty, and the atmosphere very cozy and romantic. The only complaint we have is that there was no outside lighting on the patio. We solved this by moving a lamp as close as we could to the door.

Overall, very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

We reserved a room in the pool suite and it was quite spacious. The pool was very relaxing. We slept in past breakfast but got to meet the owner and was very friendly. Overall great and peaceful place.

Beautiful and quaint little historic house tucked away in a nice friendly neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the caretaker was very friendly. Highly recommended if you're in town.

The Far View B&B Inn is so cozy and very nice. We were here to shop around Round Top Antiques. The B&B was super easy to find and check in. The Star Room has a nice balcony overlooking the grounds and has a big pool as well. Can't wait to see what they make for breakfast in the morning.

Wonderful as ALWAYS. Relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast is always perfect and the owner is most kind. The grounds are breathtaking. Especially in the evening. Quiet and romantic. I recommend the balcony room. It's nice to overlook the place in the evening under the stars.

The hotel was cute, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the library room, my husband and I loved walking the grounds. The breakfast was fantastic the next morning.

Far View Bed and Breakfast is a hidden gem in the heart of Brenham, Texas. Encompassing an entire city block, the Far View grounds are quiet and secluded while remaining close to downtown Brenham shopping and short drives to other Brenham attractions like Blue Bell Creameries. The owners were fantastically hospitable and the accommodations were quaint and relaxing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to “get away” from the hustle and bustle of big city life! Excellent bed and breakfast!

This is a really fine bed and breakfast with beautiful gardens, pool and really nice furnishings and antiques inside. The breakfast was delicious and the innkeeper Steve is a hoot.

Our stay was wonderful. We called the Far View Inn the day of our stay, and Steve was very helpful in finding us a room we would like. The room itself was very nice, and they had several great amenities. We enjoyed meeting Steve and hope to go back there.

We love staying at Far View! So clean, beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is so delicious! Definitely it's a much better alternative to a hotel.

This is a pleasant place. The host was very professional, & nice. He treated us like we had been here a 100 times. This was our first visit. The room we stayed in was cozy.
