Mr. Kallie was came by to clean our chimney. I really didn't know what to expect, but I thought it might make a huge mess inside. That was not the case, and I shouldn't have worried. He was very careful, and there was not a trace left behind. Mr. Kallie was in time, and was finished in under an hour. He's not only professional in his work, but he's also just a pleasant person to be around. Thank you, Mr. Kallie. Well done.

Ralph was working on our culvert.
it was a long process with a lot of problems and each time he charged me more money.
Last improvement was to pour concrete over the culvert. He charged me over $1,000 for 10 yards of concrete. He just went to home depot purchased few bags of ready to use concrete and this was "10 yards "
The concrete is cracking and it is done very unprofessionally.
Unfortunately I can not get hold of him. He does not answer the phone calls or text.
I lost 3,000 dollars

Ralph is a nice guy, but after coming out to look at what I needed done for my parents, he never got back to me with a quote. I called, left messages, and texted. Disappointing.
