Pooltex American Inc.

The 2-Star Review left a month ago was not done by myself. Once it was brought to my attention, I immediately have done some investigating and have found that several other reviews have been generated for local companies, most negative in my name. Pool Tex has always been of great assistance to my company and is an asset to our community and the pool industry. Staff is helpful and I have given the appropriate stars today. I will be deleting the other reviews that have been given falsely.

The staff and employees at Pooltex American Inc. are always friendly and very professional. I have been very pleased with the customer services that are provided and it is very convenient for me to have my water samples tested in a timely manner, and product is always available in meeting our needs. It is very rewarding to call or ask questions and they are able to give great instructions or guidance in what actions to take.

Use poolTex to test our pool water and buy supplies, customer service and product quality are top notch.

Pooltex has been very helpful in the maintance of our pool. This was the first time we had a pool and had questions which the staff at Pooltex has been very nice to help us. one occasion we had some work done around our pool which the sawdust and other materials got into the water. Pooltex came out and solved the problem. Also they have changed out several motors when they have gone bad.
We are Happy Customers!!
