Meyer Park

Went there to judge a climbing competition.
Amazing park

Such a beautiful place to sit and have a nice lunch or play Pokemon Go.
There are 4 Pokemon Go stops on the West side of the park where vehicle parking is available.
There are also men's and women's restrooms facilities as well as a water fountain where you can fill a bottle for yourself or a bowl for your service animal.

This is a great park!! There are bathrooms, a very nice basketball court and beautiful trees to look at. Plenty of seating for a picnic, including a covered pavillion. Very nice sidewalk all the way around the park to walk on. Playground area looks fun but we didn't use it.

Great playground and beautiful live oak trees for shade and climbing. A nice block to walk around as well with proximity to plenty of food establishments within walking distance.

We just attended a great concert series here. Very nice little park, will be going back next week :)
We were able to take our lawn chairs, a cooler, and a picnic! There was also a food truck there.

What a pleasant park for a young family. We enjoyed our lunch in the covered pavilion and let the kids burn off energy on the newish playground. Plenty of benches, tables, and clean restrooms allowed us to stay longer than anticipated.

Am so very fortunate to live only 2 blocks from Meyer Park. Riding my bicycle around it 4 times in the early morning is such an effortless treat as is so beautifully naturally landscaped & safe!
Can even enjoy the live music concert series from my backyard as I play with our dogs & water the plants...simply heaven!

A lovely park. Near many good places to eat, as well.

It's a great place to enjoy recreational activities and festivals with the family. It's pet friendly. There are restrooms and plenty of shaded areas for the summer. Handicap parking and access are available in multiple locations. We had a great time visiting there while listening to a live band and eating great food from vendors located on site. Plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy the amenities provided by the City of Gulf Shores.

Music in the park and movies in the park depending on the time of the year I feel is a great way to bring tge neighborhood together. We love both

I enjoy taking my kids here to play. I've never had any issues and have always felt safe here. My kids enjoy all of the playground activities to choose from. There is a covered area with tables, bathrooms, water fountains, it's pretty nice. I see birthday parties happening all the time also.

I live right next to it and I go there every day. Love it 😍

The Gulf Shores Men's Snowbird Coffee Club held their annual Horse Shoe Tournament and picnic there Saturday. The city of Gulf Shores has put in professional horse shoe pits at Meyer Park. Everyone had a great time. Restrooms are clean with easy access. Thank you Gulf Shores for maintaining this great park.

Meyer Park, Gulf Shores, AL is a good place to walk. If you walk the perimeter side walk twice, then you will have walked 1.1 mile per my calculation. It has maybe a dozen or more horse shoe stakes neatly situated in an area, hoops in another area, a diamond for soccer or whatever with viewing stands, clean restrooms, and water fountains. There is so much pine straw on the ground you could rake up a trailer load and fill all your flower beds while doing a good deed of helping keep the park tidy. Love this local park and all its amenities. My favorite time of year is spring when they do the music at Meyer, my only complaint is that it's not your round or at least all summer. Love love love Meyer Park.

Sully andi have been walking around Myers Park for 6 years at the minimum of two times a day. Sadly to report about the park is, a lot of people have adopted dogs. Well they walk them around the park 🏞 and the dogs go #2 and then there human owner just walks away a leaves it. We really need a nother dog park put in at the park so humans would be more pressured to pick up after there dog. Thanks...

Went to this park to listen to one of the outdoor concerts. This park is very clean and has alot to entertain the little ones with the nearby playground, soccer field and basketball pad and hoop close by.

great little part for the kids in the older kids to there is also a shuffleboard area they have movies and concerts here and also art in the Park many times during the yearpictures of giant oak tree by the restroom this is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat

Nice well kept playground for toddlers! Kids stayed busy for over an hour. Bbq pits available. Good quality horseshoe pits.

Set back of the beaten path, this lovely little park has a little bit of everything. Picnic, tables, grills, soccer, basketball all the way to swings playground and beautiful trees and flowers!
