Love Sam's Club!!! I save 30, 40 and sometimes 50 percent off things I use on a regular basis! The Deli has the best pizza by the slice and their hot dogs are great! And I don't even like hot dogs! Members Mark is a good store brand. The folks in the pharmacy are great! Always friendly and caring. Above all they make sure to assist if you need a consultation or explaining any interactions between your meds.

You can download the app for Sam's and then scan your items and pay for it without going to the checkout lane. Fast & easy! I am now a plus member and have many items shipped to my house free. Of course dairy meats and frozen food you still have to pick up at the store

The bakery at Sam’s in Daphne went over and beyond to make sure the cookie cake that I ordered for my daughter was exactly what I ordered. Everyone that I spoke with there at the bakery was extremely kind an extremely helpful. The cookie cake turned out so cute and my daughter told me it was the best birthday cake she had ever received.

Visited the Daphne location on Friday, 3/31/23 with my mother. We ran in to Will, stocking shelves. He directed us to the isle we needed. My mom and I fell in love with these lemon cookies. After we were unable to locate them, Will came by to inquire if we found what we needed. We told him no. He checked his inventory device and told us they were on order. A delightful, courteous interaction. So good to find someone that truly wants to give good customer service. Wish there were more Will's in every store I visited.

The Sam's Club store in Daphne Alabama was fresh and clean well-stocked and that staff was very! The scan to check out feature was amazing I'll head to do is scan everything in my buggy then walk up to the check-out door, show my QR bar code and I was out the door to my car. No waiting in long check-out lines... just scan, pay, and go!!!

Very clean and easy to get in and out of.

Excellent tire department. Employee came and drove my van back for tire repair and drove it back to the same parking space when finished. He did the work quickly and carefully then came to the food court with my check out receipt when finished. I highly recommend the Sam’s Club department in Daphne, Alabama!!

Scan & Go app, and discounts on select items for using this technology are both unmatched by other retailers. Excellent prices with very good fresh and prepared meats and poultry. Great place to go if you can make use of the large sizes/quantities on most products.

Great store for clothes and books as well.

We've been members at Costco for 30 years and we were surprised that Sam's club has many of the same items and in some cases at better prices. Costco has better coffee and vitamin selection, but that's about all we noticed.

Great deals, as usual, and easy returning a purchase for a box spring that didn’t fit. Friendly staff

The place is always clean and friendly staff. Love sampling, always a nice treat. Product choices are good. Of course mostly in bulk.
Great wine selection and love all the specialty items in the cold section by the wine. I try different things like the fresh salsa which is very good. One of my favorite products they have is the chicken salad.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and I love the scan and go checkout from the app. Not having to stand in line is great!

Pretty busy today. We couldn't find some items but they were busy. It was clean and well stocked for we could find and get.
My only complaint about my visit today is, when I am checking out and you come to asking about a Sam's Club Mastercard and I say, "No thank you" please don't continue to ask me 3 more times.

I got there around 7:35am to be able to do the early shopping that the PLUS Members are allowed to do at 8am. While waiting by the door, one manager came out, spoke, & began changing the gas price signs. A minute later, another manager came out, spoke, checked the mailbox, & then went back inside. To my surprise, he went ahead and unlocked the doors for me to do my shopping, & it was only around 7:45. I expressed my appreciation to him for that, and then told him that I drove 1 & 1/2 hrs to come shop. His reply was, "Wow, I appreciate you driving that far to shop with us!" I can honestly say that any staff that I have ever come in contact with at this location have been nothing but pleasant & helpful. It definitely makes my shopping experience better.

Its always been the best place to shop. I love going there whether it be for the free samples or the bulk food. I trust Sam's is one of the safest cleanest places to shop. In fact i was driving up to pick up my order and i had noticed a worker was disinfecting the carts. They show their care for us and them.
