I contacted Eastern Shore Toyota after I had seen online that they had the new Toyota vehicle I was looking for, on the lot. I promptly received an email back confirming the vehicle was still available. So, I made an appointment and was directed to ask for Zac Broz in sales when I got there. When I arrived I asked for Zac and he was right out and ready to show me the vehicle. I was impressed with Zac's professionalism and politeness. He never once tried to pressure me into buying something different than what I wanted. The advertised price online is what I paid and I was given KBB fair trade value on my trade. I I was also able to purchase a great bumper to bumper 10 year 150,000 mile warranty that will cover everything on my vehicle except normal wear items like tires, brake pads, wiper blades. Once my extended warranty runs out, I will be covered by a non-factory lifetime limited power train warranty provided at no additional cost! Overall, this was a hassle free, easy buying experience! Based on this experience, I hope to continue giving Eastern Shore Toyota (and my salesman Zac Broz) my business for years to come!
