We had the best experience with Justin our sales guy! He is very easy to get along with and talk to. He had all our paperwork ready and approved when we got there to make sure everything went smoothly! I also want to thank Justin for going out of his way and finding the palisade that I wanted. Fantastic experience. I was not even expecting to purchase a vehicle but Brandon was so engaging and professional our conversation lead to me test driving a Palisade that I was in love with. It was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and patient with me answering every question and concern I had from beginning to end. He walked me through finance with Matt and that experience was equally professional and friendly. He worked overtime to make sure I had the best rate available. This was my first purchase with Eastern Shore Hyundai and it was terrific. I wasn't under any pressure, that's extremely important to me. I drove up, asked to test drive 2 different vehicles then said goodbye. Paul never even said anything but our small talk and cutting up. Arrived before my scheduled time, was greeted right away. Service advisor was very courteous. Waiting area was clean, had free coffee and creamers. Service advisor let me no when vehicle was finished. Within an hour car was ready. Car was clean, since they washed and vacuumed it. I'll return for other repairs. Great job.

My first experience with Eastern Shore was positive. Scheduling was easy, the issues were resolved first try, and billing seemed fair. They proactively found and fixed a recall issue. I had a little trouble getting in touch with my service advisor during the day, but I will chalk that up to circumstances of the day.

Excellent staff from the receptionist all the way up to the owner. My wife and I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. We came from Chattanooga to purchase this vehicle and we were meet with kindness from the first entry into the dealership to the time we left. All of the management staff came and greeted us up to and including the owner. We were done with the paperwork in under 20 minutes. Justin, Darrick and Sid were wonderful in taking care of us. I wish this dealership was in Chattanooga. Darrick went over the operating details of the car with my wife and I until we understood all of the bells and whistles. Thank you so much Team. It will not be forgotten. We are absolutely loving our new car.

We purchased a 2023 new hybrid Tucson limited. We couldn’t be happier. Woody and all of the guys there made the experience very easy. We love the vehicle and the mileage is great!

They were able to answer all of our questions and gave us a fair deal on our trade-in. There was an issue with only having one of the keys for the car. We had to come back about a week later and pick up the key. Woody took our car and filled it up at the gas station and made sure we got a wash. You can’t ask for more than that.

Justin Stanton was the best associate that I was blessed to work with. My vehicle had 65 miles when I signed . Those were put on because he brought it to me to see.
He worked the best deal out for me. I had been there for a while and wasn't feeling my best. He made sure I got food to keep me from getting sicker. I am still in awe of just not him but some of the other associates constantly checking on me while this was going on. They were truly concerned about me.
This is the best dealership to go look for your next automobile. Justin and another gentleman comes early and stays late. They want to make the buyer happy.

We were visiting Mobile for a quick trip and unfortunately the tire pressure on one of our tires dropped 10 pounds so we took it to the nearest dealer. It was our good luck to end up at Eastern Shore Hyundai. Anna attended to us and was a delight. We ended up having to get a new tire because a nail had punctured the one we had but she got us in and out very quickly. A+ Service. Thank you Anna. it was such a pleasure to meet you. Appreciate the dedication of staff in the maintenance department to fix my car's ongoing issue. Took a little troubleshooting but they were willing to look at it a second time and consider other fixes with me. Pleased it got addressed and happy to return for future services!
