Lowe’s has lots of merchandise for construction and home improvement. They have many locations. The customer service is great. They will help you find what you need, help you get it off the shelves and load it in you vehicle.

Excellent customer service this morning. The young lady, De'Jah at the customer service counter that helped me went above and beyond to assist me with buying a Whirlpool refrigerator. I called the store this afternoon to share my experience with the store manager, Jeff. He was very appreciative to hear my feedback. He mentioned this young lady has been with Lowes one week. Truly refreshing!

Stopped in to check out the garden center for reduced plants/flowers while I was in Daphne! Wow! Racks upon racks of flowers! They kept bringing more and more! VERY friendly lady associate doing mark-downs! I paid from .25- $3.00. Filled a shopping cart for less than $20! That was my budget! Great store and location!

Great store, always very well stocked and has reasonable prices. They also have a hear round discount for veterans. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of their customers.

Lowes has added a wreath to their military parking, that really means a lot to me as a veteran.

My car broke down outside after buying shovels I ran into a lowes associate Daemian went inside to talk to the manager to see if they could help me because I was shopping here.. and way and above customer service actually helping someone in need yeah 10 stars pass it on help others 10 out of ten for Ddarmian and the manager thank yall for helping get back to work.

I live in Foley but shop at Daphne store as the store is huge! Always and I mean always in stock..great employees too

They were out of an item I needed one more of and De'Jah at customer service was so helpful locating it giving options of another location or ordering it and so friendly!

I love going to Lowe’s However they need to work on having more employees in the return area. The clerk there was have was working both returns & apparently pickups! She was an outstanding employee greeting us with a smile and asking how she could help! I know everyone is so understaffed but other than that I love my experience at Lowe’s!!
Their prices and selection are hard to beat !!!

Clean and well organized, sold out of the tree I wanted today, but the military discount is a plus.

We're redoing our outdoor space and needed a lot of pavers. We needed a few more than what was out on the pallet, so Jada and Kavoris in the outdoor lawn and garden area got the forklift and made sure we got what we needed. They also helped us load it all in our vehicle even in this recent hot weather. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and helping us!

Great selection always clean and usually friendly people. I go here a lot. The store is usually clean and doesn't take too long to get in find what you need and get out and they usually offer to help you find anything you need

I had a large lumber purchase today and Jeff & Debbie were super helpful and friendly in getting me checked out in a timely manner. They couldn’t have been more helpful! Thanks for a great experience. I looked for the code on my receipt they told me about to fill out a review but it wasn’t on the receipt. I hope this review gets back to their management.

The store is not 5 star as it is very hard to get help. I am giving an employee MATT BEILER 5 stars because he went out if his way to help me. First it was helping with my plywood purchase. Second was that he more than once volunteered to get the plumbing pipe I needed from the other side of the store. The employee working that department told me he'd have to get someone else to help. As he couldn't operate the forklift.

The paint department in this lowes is phenomenal. Cynthia is an amazing employee from stocking and keeping a whole seperate department tan on the cleaning aisle to running to the paint booth when she hears the alarm go off. This woman goes above and beyond daily to make sure my company has what it needs to run efficiently and if she doesn’t have it she will find it for me close by with urgency. The managers are some of the best people and I have gotten to expensive of their morning meetings as I get there when they open in the mornings lol, they are always in such great spirits and inspirational to their employees.

The young sales people in the appliance section were very knowledgeable of all the different refrigerators and the options available. They knew the delivery times and sale information. They were extremely helpful. Lowes is lucky to have sales people that have researched and watched all the videos of the items they are selling.

Love the discounted or clearance sections. Saving a good chunk of cash...

Everyone working is extremely helpful and always ask if I need assistance with anything on higher shelves, but not overly annoying or anything as I am wheelchair dependent. Always a pleasure shopping at Spanish Fort Lowe's!

Two days ago I needed a weed/ wacker & I saw an employee I stopped to ask where I would I find them. He was busy & stopped what he was doing & showed me. He showed me the different kinds. I picked the one I wanted & he explained what size string was going to need & explained how to installed it.
