Publix Super Market at Eastern Shore Commons

Stoney the assistant customer service manager is the best. My recent store experience he was patient and help me unload my groceries. People never know what may be going on in someone's life and how their kindness can brighten up their day. Thank you Mr. Stoney for your kindness. I had a rough week and you put a smile on my face 😊

So have shopped Publix many times in many states but had the wonderful experience of visiting with my daughters kindergarten class. First of all Ashley was the host of our tour and she was wonderful. I saw a side of Publix never had before as usually I'm just shopping for what i need. Truly a wonderful store and many employees have been there a decade or more which says alot!! So impressed.

This store is fantastic. The best part of any business is its people and the team at the Publix is remarkable. From ensuring that the store is clean, well stocked, safe and organized to escorting me to the location of those hard to find items that I happened to walk by without seeing. They do a remarkable job and that is why they are where we shop. The seafood and deli are also noteworthy for the variety of product that they carry. They are definitely worth going out of the way for.

Clean and organized. With a staff that is friendly and ready to assistif you can't find it there, let anabager know and they will try to procure it for you. That's great service!

The customer care provided was SUPERB! They had exactly what I was looking for and the price was good! Truly is "where shopping is a pleasure!"

Yesterday December 23, 2023 was my first shopping experience at Publix's since my college years back in the late 1960's early 1970's. 1st thing I noticed was how clean the store was. Because of the Christmas rush it was crowded. Everybody including me was doing their last minute Christmas shopping. What appreciated most was how every employee was so happy to be there. You could see it by the body language, their smile, eyes. Even when I gave the cashier a little trouble checking out she acted as if it was a normal thing to her. My prayer for Publix and all the people who read my humble remarks, is that you have a Merry Christmas and Happy & Prosperous New Year.

Love Publix for their weekly BOGO items, fresh produce and bakery goods. I've ordered many cakes from them that were beautiful and delicious! (Pies as well). Planning on ordering their Thanksgiving dinner for my large group, again.

I love Publix! I used to go to Walmart because it was much cheaper but anymore they have been raising their prices and it sucks to have to go there! Why? so I can do the work of a cashier and not even get paid for it for one, or so if you do find a cashier she is talking on her phone WHILE doing checkout!
Nothing like that at Publix, it may cost a bit more but their bogo sales well make up for that.
The produce is usually awesome, no orange tomatoes or pineapples so green and hard you dull your knife every time you cut one.
I only shop at Publix and the farmers market these days.
Thanks Publix for keeping good employees and a clean store free from the online shopping employees that are everywhere at walmart and rude as hell.

I'm a truck driver. I called up the pharmacy to see if they can get my prescription filled today, they were. Thank you so much! I walked around, very big publix. Staff was friendly and able to help me find a few items here and there. Very clean and bathrooms were too.

This is a well stocked supermarket with a great deli counter. The meat and produce have also been very good. The employees have all been friendly.

This has aways been a nice, clean, friendly store, but I am writing to give a shoutout to Charles, a wonderful young man who works there. A few days ago, I went into the store 30 minutes before closing, so was in a hurry to get everything I needed. I was looking for a product, but having no luck finding, when this young man noticed and asked if he could help me find something. The product was not easy to find, but this nice young man went above and beyond to locate it for me, even though he was trying to get his work done as they were preparing to close. I thanked him and asked his name because I knew I wanted to post a review, although I don't normally post reviews. It is so refreshing to know that there are still such nice young people out there willing to go out of their way for an older person. Thank you Charles! You deserve 5 stars!

Great place to shop. Excellent variety. It's Esthetically pleasing.

Pharmacy staff needs customer service training. It has become a local joke that you'll have to call twice because of one of the girls who hangs up on you. It seems they're really stressed out and never get your Rx filled quickly. Their typical answer is your prescription will be ready by 3pm the following day. We've begun moving our prescriptions elsewhere.

Awesome cashier and bagger. They had everything we needed and more!

Easy to shop..the staff are always good to help me locate whatever I need.

My Dad and I love Publix. They are always willing to help. No matter what we ask for. They smile and seem to enjoy their work environment . 😊
