We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today. We had a shower for 31 people. The staff was very attentive, and helped me navigate a crazy group of women. The food was delicious and served in a timely fashion. The vodka sauce was very scrumptious. The team Tuga H, wonderful.

As expected, a delightful meal. Superior service, perfect pacing engineered by our server. Food was very good, with pasta at the right temp, entree proteins prepared perfectly, and accompaniments creative and complimentary. Mother's Day Eve, so the dining room felt like a surge overflow room and somewhat sterile, but the food and attentive service made for a great meal. Also- big points for getting a 7 pm reservation the night before for a popular night, a lot of the dining room choice could have been changed by me beforehand.

Hosted a baby shower this past weekend and everything was top notch!!! Our servers, Poly, Andres and Robo were outstanding and very attentive. The food was wonderful and the space was perfect. Thank you Francesca’s Amici for everything!!!

We booked the party room with about 40 people and everything was just as ordered. The food was served was warm and delicious. Drinks were offered constantly by the Toga team. Eric the manager was friendly .We would definitely bring in a large group again!

Staff: Nico and Enrique were gratuitous, knowledgeable and welcoming. Rapid and caring to detail service. Support staff kind as well. The managers care about how the restaurant looks, how the food tastes and hearing feedback from customers.

Atmosphere: clean, pretty. Tables and booths. Party room available. Handicapped accessible. Full bar in front. Average volume, not too loud or not too quiet. Recommended to dress business casual.

Bathrooms: beautifully decorative and private. Modern. Clean.

Food: favorite item is spinach ravioli. Also had a mushroom pasta. Tea was by company Forte with choices of flavors. Good portions. Nice temperature of food.

Bread on table with cheese and deliciously spiced oil. Would buy a whole bottle of the oil if an option. Could be a nice gift for people.

Restaurant surrounds: Free street and lot parking. Near businesses, shops, movie theater, Starbucks and grocery store. Safe and clean area.

Good for business meetings, dates, family and special events. Will return soon. Highly recommend.

I recently hosted a bridal shower here and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! The service was outstanding. The wait staff and management were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food was delicious. Guests had a choice of several entrees, all of which received great reviews. Francesca’s is a good option when hosting an event: they offer reasonable party minimums and their service fee includes gratuity for their staff; two things that are not true at many other restaurants.

We had a baby shower in one of their private rooms. It was a wonderful! They were super attentive to our guests. The food was wonderful and we had a great experience. Andres, Roberto, Poly and all the servers were great. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful meal while visiting friends in Chicago. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to good food & relaxation. The wine menu was excellent & I was pleased with our choice, a perfect complement to our meal (picked with a little help from the staff). Our dinners were tasty & well prepared (Scampi & berkshire pork chops) - thank you for making our 1st night of vacation a good one!

Phenomenal! Easily the best Italian food I have had in years. Homemade pasta was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were creative and very tasty. The sticky toffee carrot cake is so good. It should be illegal. The service was amazing. I would go back here anytime!

As a guest at a private event yesterday, I was very impressed with the service we received by Yesenia, Enrique and Hernandez. They were very attentive and courteous. The service was timely and the food was delicious. I’m sure the hosts were very happy with their choice.

I just flew in and my friend Donna lives here and she was telling me about this place. We just had this most interesting salad. It was warm lentil on top of it. I’m not sure why it with yummy cheese. It was quite frankly one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Follow by the vodka pasta with sausage AMAZING! Jose was the best waiter. Can’t wait to come back! I’ll be dreaming about this one.

We had to make a last minute change to our reservations. This was met with flexibility and positivity. Then, they chose seating appropriate for a large party with two young children. Our server was new but incredibly prepared and well supported by her teammates. We were lucky to have the restaurant week menu available to us. We enjoyed every dish served and we are still raving over our chicken entree and desserts.

I came here and right away was greeted by the very polite hostess. She made sure we were going to be taken great care of by our server Jose, he right away asked what we wanted to drink and showed us their amazing selection of wines! Our dinner and dessert was amazing. The manager Angel also came by our table and was very polite. It was my first time here and I will say we will be back! Very clean here and amazing staff.

The Tuga team at Francesca’s took amazing care of us at a recent family gathering. The service was outstanding and the food has been consistently excellent here for several years. Highly recommend.

My wife and I hosted our son’s baptism over Memorial Day Weekend. We can’t speak highly enough about the delicious food and outstanding service. Nancy and her team went out of their way to make this a special event for our family. We are very grateful!

Francescas Amici was an amazing venue to have my baby shower. The food was great! The whole staff was very friendly and even helped load the car with gifts after the shower. 10/10 recommend if you are looking to host an event.

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been! Definitely recommend for an exquisite dinner and some wine. Did have a beautiful bar with nice cozy lighting, perfect for date night! Super nice staff, my server Daniela was super friendly and not annoyed with my questions about the menu. Clean bathrooms and table booths. Did however accidentally spilled my wine but this other server, Yesenia, helped me clean up my mess with her kind attitude and was absolutely understanding. 10/10 will be back soon. ☺

I recently had an event at Francesca's Amici in Elmhurst. I had the pleasure of setting up the event with Nancy Gerenstein, the event coordinator. She was easy to work with, very efficient and complete with all the details. On the day of the event, she was present to be sure everything went as discussed and planned. The event staff; Paulie, Jose and Daniella carried out the service with attentive care and smooth coordination of experienced servers. The food was excellent and more than enough for our family style service for 60 guests. The room was well appointed and comfortable for our guests with enough space. Overall, a 5 star experience and we were appreciative to sit back and enjoy the celebration without concern. We will definitely return when the opportunity and need arises for another event.

Great dinner!! Super cute restaurant. Food was amazing. Recommend paccheri allá vodka and pollo francese. Primavera passion spritz was a 20/10. Not perfumy not too sweet. You have to try it! Don’t miss out!!
