Look, I’m just going to say this to answer some questions; the BPA are not the ones that puts tickets on your car if you are parked on the Street. If you were parked in their deck or lot; and they do ticket you, it’s a warning the first time. Also, there are Two exits from the Boutwell deck.

Hey there, I been parking in the deck for a long time for many different events. It usually doesn’t take long to exit. But it seemed to take twice the amount of time to exit…….Was there only one way out of the Boutwell Parking Deck after the recent New Edition Concert? If so why and will it be like that for other events? I normally park and pay because I feel pretty safe and I’d prefer not to walk a long way if I am alone. Just Curious??

The parking was safe I wish you would however lower your prices.

The Birmingham parking authority is a joke. We parked in a public lot, paid for parking and came back and our car was gone. Our time had not expired. I will say that we mistyped the license plate number by one number (a V rather than a B) and this is why they towed the vehicle. The lack of common sense and compassion is astounding. We had to pay $160 for a typo.

Since yall like writing tickets so much maybe you should right yourself one for not parking in a spot and in front of a fire hydrant. BPA is nothing more than a bunch of crooks.

thank you for the parking ticket at the closed bus stop in the construction area with the closed sidewalk (where all the other construction workers park). I'm only there for work to pay my bills, not to pay for your terrible parking situation or the overpopulation in the city. Have a great day!

This company claims to have towed my car a minute prior to me paying for it per their paper charting. This is false as I could see my car during the time they claimed to have towed it. I was still towed and had to pay for it.

This parking lot says that it is public and has no payment info. That is a lie. If you are not a nearby resident, and/or it is a weekend, you absolutely must have cash in 5,10, or 1 dollar bills. They will not ask for these bills until you want to leave. The entrance thing will not dispense tickets, and the number listed is useless. 1 Star for a huge waste of time and no other exit.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend this terrible establishment. Trash
