Darla's Deli & Cafe of Tinley Park

Traveling through town and stopped here because we wanted a quick latte from a local spot, close to the hotel. This was a great find! Friendly service, very clean and spacious restaurant. They have coloring books neatly placed near the tables for kids to enjoy. We ordered a Reuben sandwich with a side of their potato salad. They use Boars Head brand meat, and the quality of ingredients in our sandwich was very good! Potato salad was tasty too. We will be back again to try more from the menu.

Ordered catering from Darla’s this weekend for my college graduation party. Went in a few weeks prior to try the sandwiches since I had never had them before and the staff was super nice, even gave me free samples of their salads to try along with my sandwich orders. Since the sandwiches were so good, we decided to go with them for our party. Our order was on time and exactly as we’d asked. They also provided us with mustard and mayo packets and “The Goods” on the side in convenient serving packages. The pricing is also extremely competitive. They are much cheaper than popular chain sandwich places’ catering options which shocked me since it is a small local business. The serving platters the sandwiches come on are also incredibly high quality and we saved them to reuse. We will definitely be considering them again in the future for events, and may even stop in a few times just for lunch. Thanks Darla’s!

I stopped by Darla's deli this weekend with some friends for lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the roast beef sandwich; it was the best sandwich I've had and a very long time. Juicy and full of flavors.

Need somewhere to go to do some massive hours of research for my masters program and Darla's came up as a coffee shop near me.

I was pleasantly surprise to see on their website that they also had a lovely array of deli sandwiches. Unfortunately, for me, they don't have anything vegetarian on the menu and they were out of the the tuna sandwich. The gentlemen was gracious enough to make me veggie sandwich, which turn out to be fantastic!

It was quiet and perfect for studying! I even had a Carmel latte and slice of cheesecake later in the night and those were wonderful too. (sorry no pics.)

I have been a customer at Darla's in Tinley Park for years!! Manager Deb, ALL the workers past and present have ALWAYS made me feel like home! Many of the WINNING photos shown have been from me, so the PLAY can be fantastic! The FOOD is absolutely AMAZING! There is nothing I haven't loved!! Best Hot Chocolate anywhere.....come, visit, win and have a wonderful time with the many friendly customers that patronize the facility. I HIGHLY recommend visiting.

Amazing! This tiny, unpresuming place is heaven for me….fantastic, old school sandwiches like the Ruben loaded with corned beef, old fashioned chili to die for and folks like Tim willing to work late nights so guys like me can have really good food after a hard, long day. Thank you Tim, and thank you Darla’s owner, where ever you are! (God, that chili hit the spot!)

Nostalgia, per every bite. I enjoyed their atmosphere that is of that of a corner bakery or deli growing up. Their panini puts a particular fast food brand to shame. Darla's Cafe is definitely a place no one should overlook; dine, chill, & game.

Give it a chance, and give it a bite, their panini's are a delight.

This place gets a 5-star rating just cause my grandma absolutely loves the place!

It is a nice spot with lots of room in the dining area to eat and lounge around while your loved ones blow money on slot games. But hey, if you gotta gamble much better at a place like this than a dingy and depressing casino.

The sandwiches are so fresh and tasty. Love the atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. They truly appreciate their customers.

The rueben swerl sandwich was very good also for the roast beef fans try the beef with the dipping au jus gravy tasty indeed. My scale ⚖ 8

Okay first this place is beautiful. There's a reading nook, slots, free bingo Tuesday and more. The food is delicious as well. I love a good sandwich. I'll definitely be back. Plus I'm in a raffle for a TV. All around nice place.

The food is 🤌🏾 SUPERB ! Very flavorful and definitely worth the prices they charge for the meals and to top it off the costumer service is off the charts. It all just makes eating here so much more worthwhile ! 10/10 will come again.

My fiancé and I had lunch in this cafe yesterday, 1/2/22. We were very pleasantly surprised by the service and the food. The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the customer service was bar none. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Very clean and rustic place. Had the 'turkey avocado bacon panini'. Open until 2 am is a plus. Cool music, great spacing, nice and accommodations and welcoming staffs. Loved this place ❤

I have had a few of the sandwiches here and they were awesome. I always get extra "The Goods" on mine. Their is gambling here if that is your thing also. Very spacious and big tables and a very nice and clean atmosphere. It is also located by two bus routes the Pace 351 and Pace 386 go right by this location.

Darla's is a great blend of cafe and deli, with a rustic style and the warm. friendly, atmosphere of your neighborhood greasy spoon. We went there to study for an hour, and ended up staying for almost five. The moment we walked in, we felt as if we'd been there before - the friendly greeting was real, not robotic. We wound up talking to everyone - the owner, cashier, other customers - throughout the afternoon and had a grand time. I can also recommend their chicken noodle soup - it's very yummy!

After eating here I will NEVER go to Jimmy Johns again. The sandwiches and Cheesy Chicken soup are DELICIOUS. My Coworkers and I will be making this a permanent spot for us. The Gentleman who delivered was so nice and Miss Deb the Owner so sweet and took great care of us. Thank you so much and we will be ordering again!!!!
