I happen to see the sign while driving down 183rd St. on my way to different UPS store and imagine my happiness to see that this location is closer to home. I promptly turned into the parking lot and went to this UPS Store. The inside is nice, clean, and still had the scent of being new. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is my new favorite UPS Store.

Bridget and Aya are wonderful representatives. I drop packages off for work at least twice a week, and that is my go to UPS store. In and out quickly, never a line, open on time, and friendly staff. I literally pass 2 other UPS store on my way to this location. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

The customer service at this location is outstanding. Bridgett, Brittney, &Trinity are team players. Very, polite , & patience when helping customers. The wait time is never long I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Thanks again for your excellent customer service ladies.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Taja was exceptional! Even with a hoarse voice... she welcomed and spoke to every customer who walked in and did it with a smile. I had an issue with my email, and she was very patient. Thank you 🙂

I have gone to this location a few times now and have always had a great experience. It is conveniently located, the staff very friendly and professional, the store immaculate. I will definitely patronize this store for all my shipping needs.

Have been here several times for different things. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Store is clean. I had to give special kudos to Maurice who helped me last week when I had issues trying to get a package shipped. He was very patient, understanding and helped to trouble shoot so I could get the package shipped. Thank you Maurice you are the utmost in Customer Service.

I went to the UPS Store to return a cabinet to Amazon. India, Amber and Nick was very pleasant and helpful. They came outside to help me load the furniture pieces onto a dolly and assisted me with packaging. They made this process very easy and effortless. Plus, their attitude was friendly and welcoming. Great Customer Service!

The proprietor of this store runs one of the best ships I've ever done business with. One word sticks out to me: consistency. They never let me down in any category. The store model is very clean and inviting to boot! Wouldn't think of going to anywhere else if I could avoid it.

Besides being conveniently located right off of I-80, this is by far the best UPS store. It is very bright and clean, and I receive a very pleasant and genuine greeting each time I enter the store. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable, and they provide efficient and timely customer service. This location has definitely become my new go-to.

I came to this UPS Store with a complicated shipment. From helping me into the door with all the things I was carrying, to being willing to talk with the business owner on the receiving end in San Francisco about creating a second shipping label, the staff here (Kimberly, India, and one other gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond to assist when I was feeling overwhelmed. I haven’t received such great customer service in ages from anywhere! Had to give them a shout-out. So happy that this new UPS store opened nearby - will be my go-to from now on!

My visit was on the afternoon on Tuesday September 21st. Kimberly was so patient and was just a pleasant representative of the also pleasant owners. I’ve been to this UPS store multiple times and it is definitely my go-to for all shipping and packing needs! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered fully and I have no concerns about the timely delivery of my packages from this store. This will be your go-to as well! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The young ladies I went in there today June 2,2023 around 10:30 they are fantastic. Customer service is great I come all the way from 79th in the city just to come to this ups store thank you all.

The owner was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to call headquarters on my behalf. He got results when I couldn’t. He was very professional and so was his employees. I will use this UPS from now on. GREAT….
