It was amazing. Sweet waitress, delicious big burger, a good pour of wine. Loved it!! Loved the quiet and warm patio, too.

I always have a great experience at this location! All the employees are nice and helpful no matter what time of day you go! I even found an item I have been looking for a long time! I used to never decide to go to Jewel but now that I live 2 minutes away, I wish I would have been going longer!

I got a bunch of gorgeous cupcakes that saved a little boy's birthday party. His cake didn't show up. Nice selection at a very good price so I decided to get 3 trays. Quick checkout and nice employees.

I like to get my sliced melons there but they haven't had any lately the last 2 weeks I went there.. The store is nice and clean. Produce looks fresh and good.

A good Jewel. Any Jewel is great because it is a Chicago classic so I always prefer to shop there when possible. Not the most modern and not open 24hrs, but friendly staff and good selection. The Monopoly game makes things interesting as well. I like that they promote locally sourced items. Hefty Hefty Hefty!

Overpriced, but high quality. I prefer Aldi, but always a few things Aldi doesn't have that I can count on Jewel to have

I can’t say much about the grocery store itself, but their Jewel Osco has the best and most friendliest pharmacists ever. The man who runs it is so kind, and gave me two coupons when my medication was high. The girls are also so so sweet. They are fast and truly care about their people. I have lived in two different states and have tried many pharmacies, never one like this. The only reason I continue to shop at this location is because of their pharmacists. Much love for all of you as I know it is a very difficult and time consuming gig. Thanks for being the best.

I just love this jewels. The corn is on sale this week 6 ears for $1. What was left was not a good selection so I asked the gentleman and produce if he could get more corn and he was more than willing to go get it. Thank you for such great service for such a great person and produce if I'm not mistaken his name was Dexter.

Nice clean Jewel. Staff is friendly. Always lots of fresh produce, and I like that they have a good selection of "heat and eat" items like rotisserie chicken, soups, sub-sandwiches, ribs etc. They have ready made salads as well as a good salad bar (before covid). Pretty good butcher shop too!

it was a magnificent experience! One of the few remaining stores in the known universe to have boxes of Chocolate Cheerios on the shelf. (At least until Gabby and I found them! BWAHAHAHAHA!)

This Jewel has everything. It's larger, its clean, you can ask an associate a question and they will either answer your question or direct you to the product and or find the item for you. The service is wonderful and very polite. Lots of parking for your car.

I really like going to this Jewel-Osco. I especially enjoyed the fresh squeezed juice which they have available. They are well stocked, and whenever I go to look for something I find it. They also have a good selection and variety of products that they sell. The cashiers have always been nice to me and I get in and out of the store pretty quick thanks to the express lane.

On Sunday May 15th, my company was hosting an event. Everything was going well until the CATER didn't show UP! Yikes. So we had to think fast, folks would come expecting food and be hungry.
JEWEL to the rescue. MARY ELLEN took great care of us, on a SUNDAY an hour and a half before closing. We are grateful for the Mary Ellen's out there. She was professional, understanding, efficient and the food was sooooo good. Thank you Jewel and Mary Ellen and the staff that assisted her on May 15th, 2022 at 5:48 p.m.

Exceptional staff, always willing to help no matter what stress level they may be under. We've been customers for 12+ years. Took about 7yrs to learn the old layout. Hope it doesn't take me another 7yrs to learn this one. Improvements have been great, we love the larger produce area, 3 thumbs up. GO JEWELS on 171st Harlem.

Jewels is a great store, sometimes pricey, they should have sales on daily necessity products. I can appreciate this store. Hope you be around for many more years.

I always go to jewel it's across from my work. They always have nice produce and have the things I'm looking for.

Thr employees for the most part are nice & helpful. They actually say excuse me when closely passing you by, they know where things are in the store, and ring you up pretty quickly when you get to the register. I enjoy shopping here.

Just left the store at 171st &Harlem. Very pleasant experience. The cashier was a young white with glasses. Greeted me right away with a smile. She was very engaged with me as a customer. The bagger was a young thin AA, named Tony I believe. The cashier identified my raspberries had mold, Tony ran to get a better sample for me, & while we waited for Tony she contact produce to check the raspberries. When I left both greeted me with "Have a great day." I haven't been coming to Jewel because I felt the service was poor. I will be back now thanks to these young people. Keep up with the good work your doing.
