Rapid Covid Testing Expert Medical Diagnostics, PLLC - Oxford

For anyone traveling internationally needing a rapid PCR test, this location in Oxford was the only clinic in the area that could do it for me today. I depart JFK in two days. I went to five other clinics in the area... none were able to deliver PCR test results in under 4 days. If you travel internationally, you already know that many airlines and countries require a negative PCR test result no more than 72 hours before arrival. Dealt with a very friendly woman who administered my RUSH PCR test for travel and had my results within 30 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a last minute COVID test. Thank you!

Perfect for travel RT-PCR

Horrible and frankly unnerving experience getting COVID tests for an upcoming trip. The individual taking our tests was late to arrive at the location. She then could not find the necessary paperwork to send our tests to quest for processing. She tried to charge us for a letter indicating that our rapid test was negative, and made it seem like what she was providing might not even be acceptable for travel purposes. All in all extremely unprofessional. Out of caution, I have booked another test at a reputable place to be certain I get the paperwork I need for my travel.

I appreciate having the option for same day PCR results here but if you don’t need that option you can get regular PCR results faster from most other places. This facility outsources the tests to Quest diagnostics to process and, at least in my experience, they are very slow. Going on to day 4 waiting for PCR results.

Worst place for Covid test. Scheduled an appt, they changed it to the next day..Today..confirmed and when we went there were told had no Rapid tests. If we wanted a test it would cost $150.00. Old bait and switch. Will never go back.

They were closed for the day when I arrived at my COVID test appointment. Thanks for ruining my Christmas. If you're not open on holidays don't make appointments on holidays. I wasn't the only person who showed up expecting an appointment. An appropriate response would be an apology

Scheduled appointment for Covid test for my wife and kids . Many times they asked for confirmation even 5 minutes before appointment. When my family showed up on the appointment on time they told my wife sorry we have no more tests .
There is no walk in tests only appointment and they don’t know how many test they have ??? Very bad experience I would not recommend anyone to go to this place !

6 days —- husband still waiting on PCR results!!! Will never use this location again! He’s isolated himself but what about all the others who cannot and are waiting this long for result!!!???

Horrible experience. Scheduled the test and confirmed the time again that day. No one was there, lights off and door locked. Called and texted their number with no reply.
