Weekends Only Furniture & Mattress — Fairview Heights

What I really liked about shopping at this location was the sales person came and introduced herself, but then allowed us to shop at our own pace. She would check in every so often but didn't hover.
We ended up buying two couches there and were satisfied with the buying and delivery process.
Though delivery was harder as they called and told me they would be there in 45 minutes. I arrived home 30 minutes after that call and they were getting ready to leave as they arrived early.
The delivery people were nice, however one was on his phone for most of the delivery time. They set them up, put legs on the couches and removed all plastic.

Michelle was amazing! She took the time to ask us what we were looking for, explain our options and let us sit and try stuff out. She was wonderfully patient. We ended up with a great pick at an affordable price to be delivered at a date of our choice. Thank you Weekend’s Only and Michelle for a great experience!

This was a very easy and enjoyable experience shopping for furniture. We found what we wanted online and called weekends only in Fairview Heights Illinois. They found the pieces we were looking for over the phone even though the website said it was in store only!!we went to the store in person within an hour or so and paid for it to be transferred for a pickup. All of the store staff and management was friendly and efficient which is not always the case in retail anymore.I would have to say our experience was a ten but we can only leave 5 stars!! Thank You for the help!!

Doug was wonderful. I had already known what I was getting when coming in, but he made the process run smooth from beginning to end. He even was able to work it to where I got my purchase new in the box, instead of floor model, on same day. Definitely recommend!

I went in today searching for the perfect sectional. Doug helped me find exactly what I was looking for and provided a full run down of what options I had. He was very transparent and helpful.
I actually left to see if I could find a better deal and went back to purchase the sectional from Weekends Only. When I returned, Keenan worked with me to finish the transaction. He was thorough and reiterated everything, which I was thankful for.

Had a great experience Labor Day weekend purchasing a new queen sized mattress and adjustable base. We went to a competitor before we came here and they were very pushy and trying to get us to buy something we didn’t want. So glad we chose to come here and check out what they could offer us. Great. Had representatives attend to me in a timely manner. Friendly land proactive. The guy with the long hair was quite nice. Felt a lil ignored when the person on the couch section told me he needed to attend to someone else before getting back to me but never came back. Only the long haired guy helped me with everything else although it wasn’t his expertise. Sorry don’t remember your name but you are a AMAZING..

Our sales person Miya was extremely helpful. Was very patient with us as we kept trying 3 or 4 different recliners before making our decision. She never once pressured us or tried to influence our decision. She made the whole experience very palatable.

We looked at a sectional online that we liked and saw that the Fairview Heights location had a model in stock for us to come in and sit on. We were immediately greeted by a lady who wanted to see what we were shopping for and asked if we needed any help. We just asked where the sectionals were and she pointed us in the right direction. We ended up loving the sectional and ordered it that Friday night after 6pm and had it delivered that Sunday at 8:00am. We were shocked by how quickly it was delivered! This is definitely are favorite place to purchase furniture. Thank you!

I purchased a five piece kitchen set. It was priced at $498. (regular price/not on sale) I've made several changes to my orders there and the Customer Service Reps were always pleasant and helpful. My only problem with Wknds Only. If you purchase something on clearance or the last item in stock, they won't deliver it. I feel, I'm spending my money like the others, it shouldn't matter. Just my thoughts.

Our sales person was very warm and personable. He helped us with details of the living room set, the protection plan and shipping options. We were very impressed with all the help from the employees, making this a very pleasant experience. The pricing saved us $2000.00 (yes $2000.00) from the competitor's price. SOLD!!!!!

My fiance and I were shopping for a new matress to accommodate both of us so we stopped at Weekends at the recommendation of a friend. So glad that we did. Nick was super knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us find the perfect matress. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Doug was friendly and easy to work with. Made us feel comfortable and never pressured us to buy anything. We always check Weekends Only prices before we buy from somewhere else. They have the same products as the other stores at a cheaper cost.

Success - We knew what we wanted, the price range we were willing to pay, and wanted it immediately. Weekends Only meet all our parameters. The sales folks were helpful and not pushy. Greet day.

Service is always good. This particular visit, we were actually greeted professionally. The salesman was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I don't like is when you purchase items that you can carry to you car, you should be given an option to do that, rather than waiting in the pick up area for 15 -20 mins. I know certain items need to be wrapped and I understand that. So I'll still give it the 5 stars.

Jamie was our sales lady and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant to work with. She didn’t follow us around or pressure. But was always available for any questions we had. We are very happy with the service! I’ll update the quality when our furniture arrives.
