This brick and mortar store continues as a strong alternative to online shopping. There is real value in being able to actually see and work electronics before purchases. Most important is the knowledgeable staff. Even on an EXTREMELY busy day, we got clear answers to questions. Highly recommend.

Good service and good deals. This place in particular had a very nice atmosphere, all the employees are chill and friendly. Would come back again just to talk around being honest.

Picked up our new big screen tv. Great deals on tvs 📺 at best buys. People here are very knowledgeable and very helpful also friendly. They know what they are doing and talking about.

I had a wonderful customer experience. When I came in, I engaged with the greater and he sent me exactly in the direction of the item I showed him I was looking at when shopping online. He also quickly mentioned that the features I was looking for might be offered in another model.
Cynically, I thought it was an upsell or bait-and-switch tactic so I did the "smart shopper" thing and went straight to the product I had been researching (an $85 smart 24" TV with a $40 bluetooth dongle add-on for my kiddo to connect his headphones).

Eventually the greater hooked me up with a sales associate and guess what? He found me a 32" Smart TV already Bluetooth enabled for $109. A cost savings and product better suited to my needs. (He could tell they had 5 in stock and they weren't where expected so 3! associates scoured the sales floor and found it for me!)

Stopped in on a weekday, shortly after the store opened. I was greeted by 3 different employees who asked if I needed assistance. I didn't, at first, but when I did, the employee was helpful-not pushy, not hovering. I'm doing comparison shopping for a laptop and a new smart watch. Happy to report that their prices beat other retailers, including Amazon!

I love Best Buy! Always great service and even better prices!! My 1st time visiting this store but nothing was different.

This bestbuy has amazing staff and team members. I was looking for a professional product and the representative helped me locate a better solution then what I originally planned to purchase.

Everyone was really nice and very helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We ended uo leaving late and they were really cool about it. They knew exactly what they were talking about when I was picking out my college laptop and I love it.

They were very helpful, your company didn't have a a14 Samsung phone cover, they took their time and gidded me to the right place on line who had it

The young man that waited on me explained the difference in the fire stick i was going to buy. But he really knew his stuff and suggested the 4K max that was a better fit for my smart tv.

Aaron and Ben were both super helpful and funny to boot. The store has done a good job of training their sales guys to answer all questions and encourage purchasing without crossing over into being pushy. We've always had very positive experiences here!

Great help from staff. Also received a 15% discount on a new router by recycling my old router thru Best Buy. Overall I am very pleased with my shopping experience at Best Buy and the staff assist was great.
