DICK'S Sporting Goods

1st time here! We came on a Monday morning and it wasn’t busy at all. It was a quick in and out for me since I placed an order online for pick up. There is spots up front in the parking lot to park for pickup and curb side bring outs. Tons of parking available.

Baseball, softball, golf, camping, kayaks, fishing, running, lifting, a little boxing, and athletic apparel. I usually get my running shoes here. Good stock and sizes available all the time. Military discount. Good sales and a reward program that sends quite a few discount offers.

So I did a online pick up order and the person who brought out my items was just so nice and apologetic about me having to wait which I feel I wasn’t waiting at long at all. But over all I really had a good experience with them. Thank you guys so much keep up the good work

Excellent custom service! I was welcomed upon coming in to the store and ask if I could use any help. Explained what I was looking for and was directed to the correct location and told that I would find 2 options to choose from. Shopping doesn't get any better than that .

Always great deals and we joined the rewards program and always get great coupons and double point options for more savings. Their sales on North Face when they are changing seasons can't be beat and they offer 40% off plus other percentage off on top of that.. and the 'end of season' was in like January or February so we got coats for next to nothing and in the midwest we still need coats for 4 months still!

Customer service is horrible. There were exit signs pointing all over the place. I made my purchase and attempted to leave, and the lights, voices, and buzzers went off. I walked back to CUSTOMER SERVICE and asked if they could check for sensors. The service clerk rudely stated, "It's because you went out the wrong door. The exit is over, "THERE!!" Obviously, I didn't know and others didn't either because, as I looked around there were PAPER exist signs everywhere. Duhhh. #GETITTOGETHER

It was a good visit, have not been here in a very long time, store was clean and public hand sanitizer, masks, floors clearly marked and everyone was helpful in helping us find what we needed.

This place is awesome for sporting/outdoors stuff. They have everything! The prices are a little high, but they have a huge selection to choose from. Additionally, I’m an avid golfer, so nice to see something else other than Golf Galaxy, highly recommend!

My first visit...I was pleased with the assistance that I received and various choices in my size. The sale price was amazing. I will definitely add this store to my go to place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful..the store was well organized. It was very easy to find the items I came yo purchase.

Howell, the customer service guy was great. Helped me find the right bike fit, & let me ride it around the store. Bike was 50% off!

We had a wonderful experience shopping today. Howard was very knowledgeable about treadmills and helped us get a quality one!

Staff was very helpful. And very nice and courtesy. Made sure I found what I was looking for.

Employee who reordered the shoes for me was very courteous and the person that the register for the return handled everything nicely. Everything went very smoothly

omg i love the people there i have a pair of asics i got a month ago they got a hole ,,i was told i could exchange ,,ashley the manager was so so so so so so so nice to me and looked for my size they are holding till i can get there thursday they rock

Very clean and well laid out store, with plenty of staff ready to help you. Pricing was also incredibly competitive.

All the workers were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great selection of active wear for all sizes and ages 👌 also they have a credit card and a rewards program.

Was very impressed with variety of choices and the sale prices.
