Legion Field Stadium

The Magic City Classic was everything! A whole vibe and mood. Seating is very close and tight once everyone is seated. I definitely say bring a seat cushion or stadium chair to support your butt and back. Section 9, row 19, was a perfect view. The food trucks and vendors were great choices also. I was thinking more concession stands would be open inside the stadium, but it seems it was only one. Can't wait until the next event.

Had a great time and glad to see Birmingham Legion FC play. They put up a good flight against Atlanta United and kudos to them. I wish them well in the future

Really good experience. Parking was easy as was exiting after the Parker-Ramsay football game, the inaugural "Stop the Violence Classic." Was able to quickly get tickets at stadium as opposed to buying electronically. Legion Field has bench seating but it was comfortable not being crowded in the stands with such a large crowd, probably over 10,000 on the Herd's side of the field. And I was ecstatic when A. H. Parker High School defeated Ramsay, the defending 5A state champs similar to how I felt last year when the Bison beat the defending 6A state championship Clay-Chalkville eleven in the playoffs.

Our family went to see the USFL on father's day. It was very and clean well priced tickets. 10 dollars for over 16 and 15 and under are free. It wasn't very packed. They throw out free shirts and our family jumbotron. Very cool.

Enjoyed the game and the facility. Pleasant staff.

Have covered dozens of games here. From UAB to several smaller pro leagues. Have also watched several Alabama games here. Though it is aging it will forever be a legend amongst football stadiums.

This is an older stadium close to Birmingham Southern. Recommendations I can give when attending events are arriving to your event early to obtain good parking and taking a portable stadium cushioned seater to provide some comfort, a clear clutch bag or purse to carry cash, ID, etc., and drinking water to outdoor events at times when the weather is hot. If you want to protect yourself from the sun, wearing a big floppy sunhat will be a great accessory to have as well as a pair of sunglasses. I also suggest checking the weather for possible chances of rain; if there is a possibility, please take a poncho it umbrella with you. The stadium will postpone the event temporarily and the event will resume once the weather subsides.

Went to experience the battle of two historical HBCU Universities play football. The game was great but there were no concessions available to the fans. There were food trucks but the lines were so so long, it detoured fans from buying food.

The weather was nice and the game was awesome. Stayed for the post game concert with Gucci Mane. My son enjoyed it.

Great historic stadium. I have been to many bowl games here.

This place is where Bey Bey's Italian Ice business was noticed. We did the World Games, USFL, Ramsay and of course The Classic. We have since met the Birmingham Stallion and Squadron Mascots. This place gets a million stars! The people are very nice, respectful and a know how to do the job right!!!

Long day but everyone there that I encounter was professional and friendly. Food was great also a lot to choose from.

Great ole place, football game was great. Would have been better if Birmingham won.

I was really really pleasantly surprised that this is a FIRST CLASS FACILITY bathroom was clean everyone was polite and friendly and very helpful the food was good and the prices were reasonable 😁 CITY OF B,HAM KEEP ON KEEPING ON 🙂
