I stopped in to see what this store had and to get some ideas. I was greeted with excitement, knowledge and most of all someone who knew just exactly what I was looking for! We walked from one corner to the other and back and Whitney listened and catered pieces to match my ideas. The service she offered didn’t stop in-store! She followed up after delivery to ensure I was completely satisfied. 100% recommend!

My wife and I walked in to get a new couch over the Fourth of July weekend. We walked in and was immediately greeted by an exceptional staff, they asked us what we were looking for and happy to help. After forty minutes of looking around we finally found our couch. We got a white glove deliver and a great crew. Couch had a small dirt stain just from transportation, so they are having someone out to professionally clean it, you can barley see the stain but that’s how much they care. Nothing but good things to say about this store.

The staff at this store goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you need at a fair price. They let you look at leisure, without constantly following you around. I’ve never felt upselled or pressured about any of my purchases. I tell them what I’m looking for, they offer a few suggestions, and then let me shop in peace. I will absolutely return when it’s time for more furniture.

We purchased 2 recliners from Ashley in Opelika. These chairs position you like a zero gravity chair and are sooo wonderful. Go by and ask for Whitney, I'm not a fan of sales people and hate spending money. Whitney found just what I wanted and needed in a way I was comfortable with. I have her cell number if I need anything. THAT is service! Thank you Whitney! UPDATE A year later we needed a new cord for our recliner and Whitney just handed it to us when I walked in the store and told her what we needed. WHITNEY is top shelf sales and customer service

Highly recommend! The furniture quality is great and customer service is phenomenal. The guys who brought & assembled the furniture did a great job, too. They assembled the pieces in a timely manner but didn't rush it. They were also careful not to damage the furniture, which we really appreciated.

Whitney was excellent for both of our large purchases. She was very personable and answered questions plus offered recommendations. She was not pushy but relaxed and felt like we had known her forever. When we picked up one of the orders she was great to offer suggestions on how to pack it in the moving pod. Whitney is an asset to your company.

In town to help get our son find furniture for an unfurnished apartment after moving out of student housing. We had a tight timeline on a holiday weekend which can make for difficult shopping. We were so lucky that Whitney found us wondering through the store. She was amazing in every way. She took such great care of us and felt like a friend helping us not a sales person.
