DICK'S Sporting Goods

Large selection of clearance items and the store is very neat and clean. Items were easy to find throughout the store. Hard to keep track of the bow people, he was their one minute and disappeared the next.

I stopped by on 6/23/23 around 6 pm. I really just enjoy looking at the new golf equipment. I had rated this store a 1 star in the past, but this visit was totally different. A young man named Casey came up to me, and asked if he could help me. He was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a few questions for him, and he answered them all. I really appreciated his help.

The associate who checked me out (don't recall her name, sorry! ), informed me of a good deal on the product I was buying.
I appreciated that.
The golf shop associate was very kind to let me hit a few balls as he was re gripping clubs. I appreciate his patience.
This was around 6 pm, Saturday, June 6th.

GOOD REPORT! Today I had very difficult exchange and return. I bought a buy one get one free deal at Christmas in the wrong colors. I also used a coupon. This made the return and and ordering the right colors a little tough on the two employee's helping me. They were patient and polite the whole time. Not enough people thank those who give good customer service. Thank you Vonte and Katie! Job well done!

I walked in with my child went straight back to shoes which the department had highly visible signs looked at the shoes and as the sales attendant finish his services with the prior customer he immediately came to us helped us with our options for cleats and even brought all the available colors and styles in my son's size to try on and pick from. Excellent customer service!!!

Cheyenne and Dalton were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend Dick's, Cheyenne and Dalton to anyone. BTW, Dalton took the time to inflate my exercise ball with a smile on his face while Cheyenne waited patiently. There was no interuption in client waiting time.

I bought a Skeet Reese Shaky Head rod last week, when my reel arrived in the mail I noticed that one line guide was broken. My receipt had gone through the washer so I went in expecting a hassle.
The manager was at the door and immediately took the rod, told me to go pick out a replacement and told the cashier to remove the anti-theft device. No questions asked.
Also Roger took a kayak down for me to try with my metal hips.
Great customer service for my 1st time shopping at Dick's, I'll be back for the kayak.

Just bought an old town canoe during the boat sale good price for my area.we loaded it i noticed a problem with the boat the manager came outside and did what it took to make right which was not easy shipping one in asap thanks
