Comfort Inn Opelika - Auburn

We stopped here as an overnight midway point with our pup, during a 1600 mile drive and couldn’t have been more pleased! The rooms were clean & quiet, and the staff — extremely friendly! Bonus was a nice hot breakfast and piping hot coffee. Highly recommend!

My first stay with this Hotel in Opelika. Clean rooms, quite surroundings, and really great service.
I checked in with Ms. Sam at the front desk. She had an amazing, great attitude, and with a big smile, welcomed me to Comfort Inn, Opelika.
Ms. Sam described all the features and pointed out the breakfast time schedule, and reminded me I needed anything. Please let her know.
My stay was for two nights, which were very enjoyable.
This Comfort Inn is located near the Interstate, with easy access to North or southbound traffic.
A very pleasant stay and kind service from staff members, especially the kitchen Lady. She was outstanding!

It was a wonderfully made bed and the breakfast was amazing. They have so many choices for coffee. Waffles, sausage, cheese omelet, juices, bread to toast including raisin. And the dining area was comfortable as well.

Good service. Front desk was super accommodating. Kelli Mills was the person working who took my initial phone call and set up our stay and was just so very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Rooms were great and very clean and comfortable beds. Great spot. Cracker Barrel next door too. How can you go wrong w that?!

Had a good night sleep. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the big guy working at the counter was awesome. He made my night. He was a character.

My go to spot when I visit family monthly. Big Mike at the counter is always a pleasure and makes sure I have everything I need to navigate the area .

Great hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Outdoor pool was a little too cold to try but the water was clean as well as the pool bottom. Gym was small and one of the three cardio machines was broken. They had a strength machine and a few free weights. Continental breakfast until 9:30 am. Pet friendly. Would stay again.

As a business owner I can truly appreciate the fact that google welcomes everyone’s complaint and concerns. I’ve read the negative reviews and I will contest that we didn’t experience any of these negative reviews nor comments. Our stay was pleasant and very well appreciated as the staff was top notch. You know at the end of the day you can’t appease to everyone’s expectations or demands. A clean room, great staff and comfort is all we ask for when traveling. They met our needs and we will continue to book their hotels regardless what state we are traveling too. Top not service. I can’t praise the comfort inn enough. If you are looking for a Mercedes’ accommodation and budget then go elsewhere as this hotel offers the same and better service as the higher priced places.

Very Convenient To Shopping, The Interstate, And Is Very Comfortable With A Light Breakfast For A Quick On The Go Move, The Service Was Fast And Was Very Helpful.

I stayed at a Comfort Inn for a week to study. I couldn't have chosen a better place. It was very quiet and clean with super comfortable beds. The staff were great, especially the ladies that cleaned rooms and did laundry. They went above and beyond to help me and we're the nicest people. It helped a lot. No doubt I would stay again.

Spent the night here today while in town. Room was updated, bed were comfy, and bathroom was spacious. Good selection of coffee and teas in room. Staff seemed friendly. Would stay here again!

It’s a nice Two Star hotel. Some other options at same exit had bad reviews, so we were glad to find this Comfort Inn! Very pleasant experience. TV was good, and we wanted to watch the Georgia/South Carolina game. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Free breakfast a little bit limited on variety but all very fair for the price. Positive experience.

The rooms are nice and the service was great. Also the breakfast was really good and the staff were really nice.

My employees and I frequent this particular hotel every week due to comfort and convenience with it being almost across the street for work. All staff has been friendly from the cleaning crew to the manager Montell to the front desk. Rooms have always been clean, heat/air works fine, beds are comfy, mini fridge is convenient. Nice relaxing smoking area under gazebo out back. Sure the place could use an upgrade as some room as can be a bit noisy but for the price you can’t beat it in this area.

And I have no complaints when there is free coffee like ALL day! Lol

This hotel is NOT for the “Bad & Boujee” so if that’s you...go somewhere else up the next exit.

Great value. This hotel is clean, has a friendly and professional staff, comfortable beds and best of all, no odor of smoke in the rooms. This is the first hotel under $100 I’ve found in Alabama with “smoke-free rooms” that doesn’t carry a lingering stale stench of cigarettes - I can’t tell you how many dozens of “smoke-free” rooms in AL still carry a nasty odor. In the drapes that they never changed? Or not penalizing people who ignore the rules? Who knows, but this hotel stands out way above the others in its price class.

Due to an unexpected event on the interstate, we had to stay in Opelika For a few days. The desk clerks were so helpful and kind, the room was clean and comfortable. These were the first people we saw after our incident and they represent comfort inn well and the City of Opelika. Thank you for showing such kindness and having amazing customer service

Awesome customer service. I wax stranded there and the ladies who were on duty offered me water and allowed me use there phone chargers and outlet to charge my phone. They were courteous and made me feel welcome, especially the second shift ladies. They are amazing.

Over the weekend, my family and I stayed here at Comfort Inn in Opelika for our Little League Baseball tournament. Not only were the rooms comfortable, but the breakfast was just as great. Also, the young man up front, Brandon, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed towels, bed sheets, and other small items. He even left the front desk to help get our tv back working even though he was the only person working that night. I am extremely impressed with his service and have recommended this hotel to every one that I know who travels. Great stay!

What a relief to check in here, after the previous place the night before, which was a nightmare. Clean, like new, well maintained, with friendly staff, and good breakfasts. We spent 3 comfortable nights here, and it made a very nice place to call home base while visiting family in the area. Definitely recommend.
