I like shopping at Kohl's. They carry certain brands I have used for some years now and the staff are always pleasant. I come a few times a year to replenish on items I need. It's also always clean and things are rarely tossed around as opposed to other stores I shop in the area. It's a store I'm fond of going to.

Had such a great experience entering the store.. I was there for a Amazon return that was painlesss!!!! Received a 5 dollar Khol cash and uses it that day. They even help my with my bow. Everyone that I encounter was great. About 8 people were very helpful and the greeted me as I went around the store.

Lawncare man here. Employees are always helpful and they try to keep things sanitary. Even though there are numerous people in and out daily. Keep up the good work.

This particular location has gone above and beyond with sanitation and customer service. Not only are the floor spotless but all clothing is racked well. I also enjoy the child push carts as they carefully clean every item. You will walk right into a hand sanitation station. Wear your mask and keep hands clean. Thank you

Today is my birthday and my daughter took me shopping there to let me pick out my own present. They have slot of clearance items I got a nice pair of jeans .( Without the holes already in them lol )

I spent way more time in Kohl's today than I expected. There was an issue with my Kohl's Cash (I will spare the boring details) and it required a call to Kohl's Corporate Customer Service. The Assistant Store Manager (I think he introduced himself as Nathan) was so kind!!!! He offered to assist with the call and try to get things resolved. It took a VERY LONG TIME, but he was patient and determined that we would get to the bottom of it and that my satisfaction was important to him. Once everything was cleared up, we laughed and felt like friends. He could have very well gave me the number and sent me on my way, but he made it is personal mission to see that I was taken care of. All of the associates were helpful and polite. The store was VERY clean, even the bathrooms (which most department stores struggle with). Every department I went to, I was asked if I was finding everything ok. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at Kohls, even with the issue I had (which was out of their control). I may make the extra 20 minute drive to make this my preferred location. JOB WELL DONE!

I love this place. The store is well kept and they always have great finds. You can combine clearance and coupons. Most of the employees are rather helpful with the coupons And helping you get the best deal.
