Brokers bad policies through shady insurers.

Had a homeowners policy with SF for 10 years, suddenly they want to cancel my policy because of my detached garage that is in rough shape.

I brought forth proof that I had actually signed an exclusion 10 years prior and the garage was of no concern to them.

Some other weird things happened and I finally had enough and filed a
Report with the Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance.

Their response to the investigation “we cancelled his policy because of bad shingles on his house”

I have a tin roof!

They are liars and will do everything in their power to not pay claims.

We have had this insurance for years and really never had a problem until it came time to use it. For the past year we have fought with them over claims and were treated terrible. Again we had this company for over 20 years so we gave them another chance. Then we purchased a new car and they charged to much for the premium and put the wrong person on the policy and we are still waiting for a refund the whole time the customer service was terrible nobody was ever able to solve our issues.
