Unclaimed Baggage

A very kooky, unique experience. My best finds we’re $3 gloves for winter, a $22 Lululemon sports bra and $5 sunglasses. Nice little coffee shop too!

We had a great time at Unclaimmed Baggage. It was a fun must-see. They had free lemonade and water. They had numerous shopping carts and bags. There are lots of photo ops and even the opportunity to paint a suitcase for foster kids. There are plenty of restrooms and also a cafe with some tasty banana pudding! There were a lot of namebrand items. Tons of jewelry, shoes, purses, and clothes galore! The book selection wasn't my favorite, but hey, they get what they get. If I went again, I would plan to go for 2 days instead of one. They are constantly putting out new stuff. Also, don't skip the museum! They have a basketball signed by Michael Jordan and a Jim Henson puppet from Labyrinth! Check the photos to see which one.

The only place like it in the USA. All kinds of things taken from…like the name says… unclaimed baggage. Like a thrift store on steroids! BUT including any and all brands of merchandise you can imagine, owned by whoever left their baggage unclaimed. Nice way to show for that item you just had to have, but didn’t know it yet.

Kinda a cool place. There’s a nice variety of stuff here. They have a map to show you where each category is in relation to the next. If you take some time and really look through things I bet you can find some good deals. Clean and organized- at least when I went in Oct. 2022.

Love this place. It's in the most obscure place, but worth the drive. Go early and hit the electronics place first. They have everything; clothing, shoes, electronics, sporting goods, jewelry, books, beach items, children's clothing, belts, bags, etc. There's even a bargain building out back. Don't forget to check out the unique museum. We'll be back! It's an adventure just to wander around.

Cool one-of-a-kind store with all kinds of things on sale that people had never claimed when they lost or left their luggage. For example, Nikon & Canon cameras and lenses.

Fun shopping with lots of good deal especially handheld electronic like tablets and games. Lots of clothes choices as well. What you find is hit or miss - like shopping in a used clothing store.

Cool concept shop! Large selection of clothes, jewelry, accessories and electronics. Easy to spend a few hours hunting for treasure.

I went to visit unclaimed baggage with my cousin for her birthday. Visiting unclaimed baggage was on my wish list because of the museum that hoggle resides! It was awesome to see the puppet in person, I never knew how large Jim Henson's puppets were, it was a great experience. Also I want to mention the prices for some of the items differ, but overall very fair prices, and there was a wide variety of different things to look at! I definitely recommend going here at least once.

A great experience! I’ve been a big fan of the online store and I was finally in the area and able to make a trip to the physical location! Lots of low prices, most items I purchased were between 3.99 and 9.99. I do think many of the more brand name and high end items are reserved for the online store, but l found many great brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Lauren Conrad, and Old Navy to name a few. We also got to experience the baggage opening demonstration lead by staff member Carol! She was awesome and told us lots of good facts and interesting history behind unclaimed baggage! All the staff members were super helpful, friendly, and worked hard to maintain the store’s organization. We spent almost 5 hours there, but we never made it to the bargain store across the side parking lot… guess that means we’ll need to come back! Till then I’ll be shopping online!

We heard about this store a while back and finally went there, and we were SO GLAD we did! First we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee, Rachel Barnes, who explained to us where all the different types of merchandise were located and made us feel very welcome. Then, after finding out it was our first visit to the store she gave us a coupon for two free drinks in the café! That was a very unexpected and welcome treat since it was afternoon and we were just saying we could use some caffeine!😜 She was over and above awesome!👍⭐☕ And the store was pretty amazing too, there was so much stuff to look at, we will definitely be back to explore some more when we have more time. We were curious about how it got started, so we googled it on the way home and really enjoyed reading about the history, quite a story!

Always love going here. Great bargains and neat items can be found. Very friendly employees. If I wasn't so far away I'd visit more often, but I enjoy spending time there and browsing. I believe it took me a couple hours to do the whole store and outter building. Worth going too!

Awesome shopping experience. It was an unexpected stop but so glad we did it! The store branding is so cute and the cafe is lovely. Our cheerful sales person Holly helped us out from start to finish. Staff overall were very friendly, helpful, and working hard to keep everything neat and tidy. Well worth the trip.

It was our first time going...we loved it!!!...expect to spend at least a couple hours here, there is so much to check out here. Absolutely loved the bargain basement...great products at great prices!!

What a great place! We trekked down from Nashville while in town and were pleasantly surprised. We even won the "baggage demo" raffle and won 25% off. We walked away with lots of stuff and the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend.

If anyone lost any cash with a rubber band around it inside your luggage, I found the rubber band.

Joke aside, I really enjoyed this store! I love how they went out of there way to label ALL their pants with actual waist/length size instead of the generic small, medium, large labeling. Helps a lot! All the staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the selection of the store.

Such a cool place! About an hour from Chattanooga - we made the trip and would absolutely do it again. HUGE selection of clothing, accessories, electronics, and more at a great discount. Their online selection only skims the surface of what they carry in store, with hundreds to thousands of new items coming in every day. Well worth the visit!
