Not my normal pharmacy, but on a Saturday when my pharmacy was closed the staff helped me out although there was a problem with my insurance they did all they could to get my prescriptions and at the cheapest price. All the pharmacy staff treated me very kindly!!

I give them 4 out of 5 stars.. I've been using their pharmacy for about 4 years now& the pharm tech always makes sure I get the right medicine and right amount.

One time, one of the pharmacy technicians called my cell # to make sure I had enough of my prescription bc the count wasn't coming out right for them; she was afraid they had messed up and gave me less.

CVS will always be my first choice..even though it takes up to 45-90 mins to get your meds filled; they txt you when your scripts are ready and have auto-fill as an option, as well. The staff at Scottsboro, AL are very friendly and informative.

Shelf says $29.99 and we were charged $32.49. Manager said the price up front is right and that's where you have to get product from. Except, I saw at the shelf ($29.99) that I needed to get it from the front. Why would I think the price would increase from the back of the store to the front? I can't trust this place to charge me the correct price so this is my last time shopping here. Not being able to trust your pharmacy is bad for business. Double check the price you are charged is the price on the shelf.

Why is it necessary for the pharmacy to close everything down for a lunch break? I mean they have a staff. The pharmacy in the world that shuts down everything for a lunch break. Just unprofessional and it shows they don't care about the customers.

Phone to them is impossible. All the questions asked are irrelevant. Then can never get any help. Time to pick up is always and hour longer than they say
